J'ai acheté 3 bijoux. 2 bagues et un pendentif. La qualité n'est pas au rendez-vous. Les 2 bagues ont perdu leurs pierres après quelques jours, renvoi pour réparation; l'attache du pendentif n'a pas tenu car il est tombé. Je n'ai retrouvé que la chaîne autour de mon cou.

There was no way to communicate with…
There was no way to communicate with you, I tried many times to reach a live person. The stones you sent in the ring, both were too yellow to be mexican opal and one was badly fracrured and the item was unacceptable.

We're sorry you were unhappy with your order but you were able to reach us and we issued a full refund for the ring. As our phone message states, customer service is located in Germany so we work regular business hours in a different time zone. Also, we are closed on weekends. We would be happy to speak with you but because you are on the West Coast, it is very early in the morning by you when we go home for the night so we chose to contact you by email.
Again, we are sorry for your disappointment and sending damaged stones is not acceptable to us. Regarding stone color, you ordered Buriti Fire Opal which is not as strongly orange as Mexican Fire Opal. You are always welcome to contact us if you specific concerns regarding our gemstone jewelry,
