Just Tyres seem to offer value for money, but I think the junior staff really could do with some customer service training. I found the young guy quiet rude, disrespectful and generally had a bad attitude.

Abysmal Customer Experience
Bought tyres online and visited St Neot's fitting station on day and time allotted only to be rudely told I had bought the wrong tyres within 10 secs of walking in. This was repeated 3 times in a very rude manner and when I showed the fitter a copy of the online order, his claim was the screen says different. Then he accused me of having an attitude. Finally , said he could not do the tyres for 1.5hrs (despite having an appointment). No apology was forthcoming firstly for the accusation of ordering the wrong tyres and then secondly for the delay. An appointment was then agreed for the next morning at 9:00 for which I arrived promptly and again the same fitter wanted me to leave the car. I declined and said I would wait for the car. When I got my car back, i checked the tyre pressures and found them all wrong (too inflated). I did called their Customer services and was told to they would transfer me to their regional Manager. I left a voice message and never got a call back from him. I am afraid I can't recommend this Fitting Centre or the Customer Services.

Had my tyres and tracking done , the tracking was veering to the left and I took it in after a week and they said that they wouldn’t fix it for free because I done “over 100 miles”. This is normal use for a car after a week and they should be obliged to fix as the tracking was done wrong the first time. Used just tyres for many years so disappointed and won’t be going back to them.

A great all round service

Really helpful advice, saved me lots of money as I didn’t have to get a new battery. Friendly and customer focussed service. Would recommend!

I visited this branch to replace a single tyre with a sidewall issue and had chosen it specifically to get a like-for-like replacement of the mid-range tyre already fitted to my car.
After a tyre health check, I was told that all my other tyres were cracked and needed immediate replacement. This surprised me, as my car was only around two and a half years old and had covered just 10,261 miles at the time. I was not shown clear evidence that the tyres were unsafe, but I felt pressured and intimidated into agreeing to the replacements without being given time to seek a second opinion.
I was then charged £86 per tyre for three additional tyres that turned out to be budget tyres, despite being told they were priced the same as the mid-range tyre I originally requested. I later discovered that the same budget tyres are listed on the company’s own website at around £55 fitted, which left me feeling seriously overcharged.
Following this, I had to return to the garage because my car was pulling to the right while driving. When I raised this, the sales advisor was dismissive, repeatedly questioned what I was saying, laughed when I mentioned wheel alignment, and initially told me it had nothing to do with alignment. I was also told I would have to pay again if it needed correcting. It was only after my partner intervened that the vehicle was properly checked, at which point it was confirmed that the wheels were misaligned and corrected at no extra charge.
Overall, I found the experience extremely disappointing. I felt patronised, pressured, and only taken seriously once my male partner became involved. Transparency around tyre condition and pricing was poor, and the customer service I received when raising a legitimate safety concern was unacceptable.
I would strongly advise others to seek a second opinion, ask for clear evidence, and carefully check pricing before agreeing to any additional work.

Excellent service from just Tyres, quick efficient and completed tyre changes very quickly, would definitely recommend

The tyres I had ordered had not arrived they offered a similar spec tyre which i accepted, it now turns out when i took a look at the tyres they put on was there low budget tyres just under half the price.

Easy to book online. I needed two new rear tyres. The job was done on time. The paperwork was in the car. Polite people. All in all an excellent service .

Great guys in there however only one tyre to replace. Booked in for 10am and was then told 1 1/2 hours.

But never will go anywhere else for tyres as they are very trustworthy.

Booked appointment online for 8.30, arrived only to be told no staff, temp cover not turned up. Told to come back at 1.30, went back had to wait another hour as they were busy, what’s the point of booking….

They refused to install the tyres because of silly reasons. The tyres have been installed in different town.

Just Tyres website was simple to use identifying the tyre options available for the car registration. Booking a next day appointment was straightforward. The tyres were fitted within an hour of arrival and wheels balanced. Paperwork was delivered on completion. An efficient service was provided at a competitive price.

I have sent a formal complaint to Just Tyres which has been addressed by Simon the regional manager.

After not changing the valves when changing my tyres, one of them immediately started to deflate. Bringing it at the time I was told to bring it, I was told it couldn’t get looked at for hours. Luckily, after being sworn at for stating they hadn’t done their job, I chose to take the car elsewhere. Luckily, their incompetence was cheap to fix. Interestingly, the garage where I took the car immediately knew the job appallingly done was by Just Tyres. Avoiding them at all costs will be cheap.
