Not the greatest experience.My order was confirmed but there was no follow up of despatch or expected date of delivery. After 6 days ( 4 working days) the parcel arrived with the item contained in an extremely much used crumpled cellophane bag. Not very inspirational !

These trousers fit perfectly.
This pair of trousers fit perfectly and look great on. Some stretch a little discreet glitter and strategically placed pockets. I am very pleased with these and will purchase more from Just Elegance.

Easy and straightforward ordering…
Easy and straightforward ordering process. Goods arrived within a few days. I ordered three items and returned one lightweight item today . Postage cost only £2. I cannot comment on refund as they will not have received the returned item yet. However, return paperwork instructions easy to follow and return address sticky label provided.

Truly just elegant!
The jumper I purchased lived up to it's label and more. It is a surperb design, soft to the touch and fits true to size without being too clingy. I can dress it up with a skirt or trousers and down with jeans. Excellent value and I will certainly be buying more from this brand

Ordered online, items arrived in a few days. 2 of the items I kept but returned other 2 as they didn't look like photos and a bit small.
Good experience but I think I would rather go to the actual shop, to see and try items
