Shirt is great and good customer service when issue arose
Shirt didn’t arrive but courier was totally at fault , I regrettably left a negative feedback as I felt like I was getting nowhere - however guy I spoke to on phone was great and sorted within 10 mins! Cannot fault that kind of customer service! And I got my shirt which is great too
I will be back and less likely to presume the worst next time too !

Ordered a shirt wrong size stated on website
Ordered a shirt, using the website, whilst on the website the shirt was only available in (Large) which was what I was looking for with all other sizes having a cross in the relevant boxes,
When order was placed received a confirmation email stating I had ordered a small which was incorrect as all other sizes were out of stock, replied immediately to email stating the wrong size was on confirmation email & could I have it in Large NEVER received a reply,.
Shirt arrived and in a small even when it arrived the webpage showed the shirt still available but only In Large??
Filled in return slip and wanted an exchange posted at own expense (which I knew about).
Then received confirmation of return accepted and suddenly the webpage was updated with no stock available,
applied to be refunded,
My experience this time (returning customer) was well short of satisfactory customer service was terrible.

Lovely shirts unusual colour schemes very happy with the quality. The unfortunate thing grip is that it was delivered in a plastic bag I thought after spending £100 on a shirt it would be delivered in a box.
