Avoid this company at all costs. I cancelled my insurance within the 14-day cooling-off period, yet they still charged me £150 plus a per mile fee for 50 miles a day even though I barely drive two miles. The whole thing feels like a scam with hidden charges everywhere. The quote they give you is only a misleading estimate as they will charge you based on mileage. Absolutely not recommended.
No where it said you will charge £150 cancellation fee + 50 miles per day. Certainly going to ombudsman with this one and advice everyone else to do the same.

Do not go with this company, they took our money and wanted to cancel on us less than 24 hours later and do not want to refund any money back! Shocking customer service and now out of pocket of £150, also getting charged on assumption of driving 50 miles each day until a box arrives!

It sounds silly to love an insurance company but I genuinely have loved Jurny for the last two years. I've got friends to sign up, I've sung their praises on social media, and told strangers in the pub about them. They've been great and I really enjoy the concept. Then this month happened. They sent me an email with my renewal offer, which was all fine, then a couple of days later told me that they couldn't renew my policy. It was a shock because I've had no issues or accidents and have always paid on time. I'm gutted and also irritated by the way it was handled. I will likely edit the comments I have made on other social media platforms as I am unable to recommend this company any more.

Used Jurny for last 2 years, fine, no problems, customer service pretty good. One year back someone backed into my parked car in a shopping car park, cracked and scraped my front bumper. So I claimed for it. Suddenly this year Jurny dont want to insure me any more. Nice.

I am at the end of my insurance with jurny having been with them for a year.
I have driven approximately 2,600 miles and it has cost me £536 so far.
Jurny tell you that £100 is reimbursed after 6 months well it hasn't been processed back to my bank they have used it to credit my account.
I have had a renewal quote from ageas for £264 for a whole year whereupon I can do as many miles as I like.
As I do very little miles I honestly thought jury would be cheaper.
It has NOT been the case.
And I don't find the customer service staff at all helpful.
