While the product meets all my requirements getting it ordered was very difficult.
The initial questions were easy, but the program kept rejecting my answers.
The second half of the program was not aligned correctly. The left side of the page was not on the screen, making the first two letters impossible to see

I have been trying to contact this company for over a week, all I wanted to do was change the dates of my holiday. I have tried 4 different numbers and can not get through to anyone, everytime I press a number it says “sorry I didn’t get that” and then cuts you off. I have tried the claims line, the emergency contact number, customer service and still can’t speak to anyone. I have sent 3 emails with no response. Do not buy travel insurance with this company as I will now have to take our brand new insurance with a different company. Don’t waste your money!!!!

I am extremely disappointed with the handling of my medical claim, and reading other reviews, have concerns regarding the unacceptable delay in settlement by you claims handling team.

I reported the incident at the time while on holiday and provided all documentation at the time. The World Travel Protection medical team (your supplier) has already approved my claim, and indicated it would be settled promptly. Any additional requested documentation has been provided in full.

Despite this, I am still waiting over a month later with no resolution from your chosen supplier Gallagher Bassett. Instead of progressing the claim, there appears to be unnecessary delays in processing, which is both frustrating and concerning given the circumstances.

At this stage, I would expect prompt settlement rather than continued inaction. This experience does not reflect the level of service one would expect when purchasing travel insurance for peace of mind.

I would appreciate this being escalated and resolved without further delay. I will raise a formal complaint next week if this is not resolved.
