Buggy with no customer support
Buggy with no customer support. Our company has been facing an issue with syncing for a few months now (coming from Juphy's end, by their own admission) and the lack of customer support has been beyond frustrating. I have been trying chat and email for over a month now, and 0 replies, I only get the "someone will get back to you" message, even though it shows support was active and online recently. I understand SaaS companies face bugs, but for the bug to last THIS long with ZERO support, something isn't right, we're basically paying for a service we're not getting and to be ignored.
