Excellent service. Received updates on my delivery and the picture arrived quicker than expected, and also looks amazing. Will be placing another order with Juniqe shortly.

Although it took slightly longer for my order to come through ( brexit and corona virus) I recieved my orders and was please tly surprised with the quality of the prints especially the larger print we ordered (100x150cm).

I have ordered from a competitor previously and have the say the quality of the paper used to print with Juniqe is far superior.

Will order from them again in the future when needing more prints.

I've bought 2 pictures from Juniqe and been mightily impressed with the quality of the purchases and first class customer service I've received! I'm especially delighted with and grateful to their charming customer service team that helpfully corrected a mistake I made when placing my second order! I ordered a framed alphabet posted for my 4 year-old granddaughter at £43.91 including shipping of £7.95 and after a discount of £8.99. When it arrived, a) the poster was not in the frame, but separate and b) the text was in German e.g a picture of a Badger with the text "D Dachs", which presumably is German for badger! Clearly, this is useless for a British child. So I decided to return it. After a lot of faffing, where you need to fill in a form and upload 2 pictures, it would not accept the pictures from phone because they exceed 2MB. Having shrunk the pictures, I tried again. Now the photos were accepted but I was offered to keep the item and get either a £25 discount or a £30 voucher to spend in their shop rather than a refund, with the message "We offer different solutions to reduce environmental waste..." It went on to say if I did not accept these options and chose to return it, I would have to pay the return postage, presumably around £7.50 and they would deduct a further £7.50 because they "produce on demand individually for you." Since this was not a customised or personalised product, I find this rather unlikely. I also have no use for a German alphabet poster, so keeping it is of no value to me. However, rather than waste any more time, I agreed to accept the £30 voucher and clicked that button, which took me to a page: "Access Denied - HTTP ERROR 403". I have tried three times now with no joy. What appears to be a Chat function with Customer Services isn't. It just takes you through a series of menu options and tells you to fill in the return items page.

Frankly, it is impossible to get a refund and their voucher compensation scheme does not work. This is the first time I have ever written a negative review of a company, but this experience was immensely frustrating and I am £45 out of pocket!!
