They are a scam. I purchased a dress in February, didn't receive for 6 weeks. The dress was awful and looked nothing like the pictures. Was going to cost $50 just to ship back. They promised a partial return but here we are two months later and still no return or response.

Good price, great quality, received updates on order status

Received updates after placing order; arrived one day later than the estimated timeframe. Beautiful, well-made dress - true to pics, packaged well, fits well, price was very reasonable. I would buy from this vendor again.

I have been trying to contact June…

I have been trying to contact June bridals for a return for over a week now. I have send emails and Facebook messages and had no response, is so frustrating. I feel they are prolonging the response to be out of the return policy day.

I have asked for a refund and have recieved one delayed response. I've emailed multiple times (March 28, April 3,7,10,14) and have not recieved a return shipping label. This website is a scam!! I will be filing a dispute with my bank. Buyers be ware.

Buyers beware! Wrong sizes and no communication about returns!

Bad customer service

I ordered a dress from June Bridal, and while it was pretty, the dress was not for me. It was too long and did not fit right. I contacted customer support the day after receiving the item to ask for a return. They finally responded to me 4 days later and requested more information, which I gave them the same day. I now have not received a response in 5 days. I have sent several follow-up emails and still nothing. I just want to return my dress. Very frustrating experience.

Dress was beautiful…Customer Service was poor.

The dress I bought was beautiful it just wasn’t the right dress for me. Like others who have reviewed June Bridals in the past I as well have had issues with the Customer Service. The day after I received my dress I sent an email to the return center requesting a return. No response. Sent another email without response. Tried to contact their Facebook page. No response.

It is very frustrating. June Bridals is a nice company, but nice companies don’t succeed if they don’t have good customer service.

Save yourself the hassle. Don't order from June Bridals

Ordered a standard size without alterations. Dress had considerably shorter sleeves than images in listing. Strings were hanging off the dress all over the place. I requested a return from customer service as stated in their return policy. It was only 2 days after delivery. No response. I sent another email 5 days after that. Still no response. Finally, I had to dispute the charges with my credit card company. Definitely a Customer-NO-service company. Save yourself the hassle.

No Customer Service

I ordered a dress in February. My credit card was charged immediately but the dress didn’t arrive until March 28. The quality of the dress was very poor - the bow was off-center, the material was cheap. I have emailed daily and called, but have gotten no response. The website says I need a return authorization and must return within 7 days, but how can I do that if no one gets back to me? I will be taking it up with my bank. Very disappointed, as I paid over $200 for this dress.

So, after writing my review here, I received a reply from June Bridals, offering to allow me to return the dress (minus $50 shipping), plus I would have to pay to ship the dress to China. Alternatively, they offered to refund me $150 and I could keep the dress, which I accepted, but now they're ghosting me again.
What do I need to do to get this resolved?

Horrible customer service

Horrible customer service. Emailed many times and received no response. They say to return something you need authorization. You’ll never get the authorization. They never answer emails to help you. Worse customer service ever!

The worst customer service ever

The worst customer service ever! Waiting for over 3 weeks for a response back to “confirm a partial refund “. They suggested that they refund me approximately $95 instead of me returning. Which is fine because of shipping to China. However, can’t get a response back to confirm this now! What a waste of time and resources for me. I would never order from them again. Ever!!

Return Scam

Continuing issues:
After 13 days of emailing for a return form and address, I finally received one after posting 1 star review on here. So here's another with an update.

To return the misrepresented dress(it did not look or fit as marketed) would cost me $142! The dress cost $278! That's a $136 refund!

The return email said it would be a $50 loss in shipping not 50% of the purchase price.

So now no refund, no partial refund, and a boxed up dress with no where to go. And AGAIN no response from customer (no)service

I honestly have no clue how people are…

I honestly have no clue how people are expected to supposed to wear this dress. The chest area is WAY too high. I may not be a spring chicken anymore, but it also does not suit someone in their teenage years - still way too high for one of my daughters. The clasps that hold the bows on in the back are these cheap snap buttons that are plastic and were barely sewn into place. One already broke - the first time I even tried it on, so now I cannot even return the dress because my wedding is in about 8 weeks. I have to try to have this altered if possible, and with such a quick turn around, it's looking more and more like the sewing lessons I took at age 9 are going to have to suffice to fix my own dress...with satin fabric no less. It's a shame because style wise it was the exact dress I was searching for.

Beyond My Expectations: A Stunning Dress & Exceptional Service!

I have to admit—I was terrified after placing my order and then seeing the reviews. I ordered a custom-size wedding dress without checking first, and panic immediately set in. They responded quickly, addressed all my concerns, and even sent me real photos of a completed dress from their shop so I’d know exactly what to expect.
