Worst company ever, they are rogues and liars. Miss-sold an item to me under the guise that it monitors blood pressure whilst it does not. I went back with the item and all of a sudden I am told that the item does not monitor blood pressure but just records the information you put in! I was told to come back several times and yet no one was able to assist, till 2 months later when I was told that nothing can be done, no exchange or refund can be provided as it is passed 7 days despite initially taking it there 3 days after purchased and being pushed all over the place. This is terrible and I will never encourage anyone to buy from Jumbo, they are rogues.

I gave them my Bose Speaker 2 months back. They initially told me it will take 2 weeks to service. They have kept my product and the service fee but have not yet serviced my product. I need to constantly chase them. Buyers beware of Jumbo.

Disgraceful customer service and discrimination. I informed Jumbo immediately after taking the laptop out of the packaging that I needed to swap it for an English‑only keyboard because of my eyesight and special visual needs. Instead of trying to accommodate this, I was told that “you live in an Arabic country,” which I am well aware of after 17 years here, but this does nothing to address my accessibility requirements. Their refusal to offer any reasonable solution, combined with this dismissive attitude, shows a complete lack of respect for customers with disabilities and is entirely unacceptable.

Extremely slow repair process. I’ve been waiting for so many days with no proper solution. The agents Service center have no clear information or updates. Totally unacceptable for a brand like Samsung. Very poor service experience.

So what happened is: I’ve spent almost 2k for an item, used it for several month only, then it’s stopped working , and as it’s still under warranty I had to bring it to any store of JUMBO.
First of all, their customer care number is NOT VALID when I tried to call. Secondly, their whatsup customer care is never responds, or if it’s responds, its takes ages.
I wanted to know which store I can send my item for repair, and as DUBAI MALL store is the most convenient to me, I’ve tried to call to JUMBO DUBAI MALL, and the lady staff told me that I have to take the product to MOĚ, as in DUBA MALL JUMBO they don’t have technicians.
The customer care on whatsup told me that I still can send the product to DUBAI MALL JUMBO , and they will take care of it.
NUMBER ONE - UNPROFESSIONALISM to give a client WRONG information.
Now, it’s a third day and I still don’t have ANY UPDATE regarding this issue, however in the JUMBOSERVE list says that “ESTIMATED RESPONSE TIME is 2 days from the date the item was accepted and the case created”.
When I’ve tried to reach whatsup customer care, they said sorry we don’t have any update yet…) This is how you deal with cases and clients?? Then who knows ???
And then whatsup customer care just stopped answering to me regarding this case. LOL
And DUBAI MALL JUMBO phone whatsup they just dont reply.

I made purchase in jumbo galleria brother laser printer last april and i was amaze of their staff.They are very knowlegeable and skilled.One guy and a lady help me and teach me how i will setup my laser printer.They gave me the number of the brother service center just in case i will encounter trouble with my printer.I will definitely buy again in jumbo.

SCAMMERS IN UNIFORM – AVOID JUMBO ELECTRONICS AT ALL COSTS
Jumbo Electronics Dubai just pulled off one of the most blatant rip-offs I’ve ever experienced in retail.
I bought a camera after carefully asking about its technical specs and confirming the returns policy. I was clearly told by the staff: “You have 7 days to return it.” No fine print. No hidden charges mentioned. Based on that assurance, I went ahead.
The next day — less than 24 hours later — I returned after realizing the camera didn’t meet the specs I’d asked about. I had barely opened the box, only peeled the tape — no damage, the security seal was untouched, everything was still perfectly boxed.
Yet, they tried to charge me over 1,500 AED (15% of the total) for simply returning it — claiming the box “needed replacing.” The same box that was not even damaged. A 20 AED ($5) piece of cardboard cost me 1,500+ ($410) in a store that clearly thrives on deception and exploitation.
When I challenged this scam, the woman behind the counter cut me off with attitude and said, “You should’ve read the terms and conditions on the back of the receipt” — a receipt I didn’t even have until after I’d already paid.
So let me be clear:
This place lies to make a sale, hides behind garbage policies, and treats customers like fools.
Jumbo Electronics is not just bad — it’s predatory. I left feeling scammed, insulted, and robbed.
If you value your time, money, and dignity, STAY AWAY.
There’s nothing “jumbo” about this place except the nerve it takes to run a business like this.
Worst service ever
I’ve been a loyal and premium customer of Jumbo, having purchased almost all my electronics from your stores. However, my recent experience with your after-sales service has been deeply disappointing and unacceptable.
When my mobile phone broke, I was shocked to be told it wouldn’t be repaired under the Salama protection plan because the damage was deemed “intentional.” This accusation is not only baseless but also highly offensive. As someone who runs a business, I simply do not have the time to deliberately damage my phone or go through the hassle of repairs unless absolutely necessary. I also lost valuable data due to this.
While purchasing the Salama policy, I was strongly persuaded by your staff about its benefits. But when I needed the service, I was met with indifference. I even requested to speak with a store manager, but no one followed up—despite my premium status and repeated requests.
It’s disappointing to see that while Jumbo is quick to take customers’ money, especially from those who regularly buy premium products, it completely fails to provide the support expected after the sale. The after-sales service has been completely unresponsive and dismissive.
I will no longer be recommending or purchasing anything from Jumbo
