Before I joined Awaken I had been searching for relief from the chronic stress in my life. I tried all sorts of things, but just like yo-yo diets, the stress always returned, the chest pains always returned. For a full year before I joined, I completed a morning meditation nearly every day on finding inner peace. I had glimpses of the experience I was looking for - a good day here or there - but it never stayed.

I was so burned out when I joined Awaken and I didn’t know why or what to do about it. Throughout my life I had blamed all sorts of things for my stress but deep down I knew I was the common thread and that scared me. So I took the plunge and signed up.

The experience I had in Awaken changed my life. The community of women that are in the program are all struggling with the same things and you have the opportunity to learn together how to make the changes needed - one step at a time. In 3 months I learned more about myself than I had in 40+ years. I now have the balance in my life that I craved. And best of all, I found the inner peace I was looking for and a year after completing Awaken it is still there. I am forever grateful.

Julie and the the Awaken Your Life (AYL) program has changed my life in the best of ways. The hopes and dreams that I previously had for my life are no longer just hopes and dreams - they are now my reality.

I first joined after seeing a colleague that I work with closely make changes from within and become a new version of herself. When asked how, she told me about AYL and whole-heartedly recommended it. For that reason, during the Breakthrough Call, I was anticipating an investment amount that was in-line with the life-changing offering being given, and I was confident in saying "Yes" to myself and this investment.

At the end of AYL, I (and many other women) comment that we would pay this investment multiple times over now that we know the breakthrough and life change that comes with AYL.

I am now in the full-year program that Julie and her team offer and after one-month, can say that my mind continues to be blown with the knowledge, wisdom and genuine love and care this team brings to everything they do.

I was you one year ago. Scared, tired and tears steaming down my face. Skepticisim running rampant. My mind couldn’t comprehend how a program I stumbled upon via FB could be real. I almost didn’t join the program.

But a little voice inside me said I had to try something new. A voice I had forgotten and ignored since childhood. I’ve done years of traditional counseling, but was still burned out and overwhelmed all the time.

Julie and her program changed my life.

It’s not something words can explain. She embodies, models and teaches a way of living in relation and truth… as a mother, wife, friend, in our own bodies and as our true self - that I didn’t know was possible.

I joined the Awaken program in November 2021 when I had hit rock bottom and was completely burnt out with work and with the impact of COVID, quarantine, and a lot of things in life.

Awaken was an intensive program that helped me identify what brought me to burn out and provided practical, applicable exercises to help me stay out of burn out. It also identified how things outside of my control impacted me and my every day life. Equally important is that the coaches and community are incredibly nurturing and supportive. I did not realize how much I needed that until I had it. I had so many aha moments in that program and decided to continue with the one year Rise program that I began in April.

In one short month in the Rise program, I have had another huge shift in my life. I cannot express how I longed to get back to authentic, happy, joyful me or how I really wanted a group of women in my life who were accepting, non-judgmental sisters. There is no blame or shame in this group, and that to me, is the most important piece.

Julie, her support team, and coaches Michaela and Heather provide a loving, nurturing, supportive container for self-love, introspection and growth. This is the healthiest 'self-help' program I have ever experienced. I highly recommend Awaken and Rise. They are worth the investment in myself.

This course and community of women is exactly what I needed to get out of my own way. I’m still involved with their programs and I’m forever grateful!

I signed up for the free call and it was awful . The women sounded like she was reading off a script paper and kept asking me the same questions over and over again. There was no “ coaching “ she didn’t even tell me much about the program . All she kept asking me was “ how motivated I was to change , am I willing to do what it takes .” I am a very motivated and successful woman - I am also not a stupid one. I don’t blindly commit to anything. Finally after an hour I said I had to go because this was going nowhere . I was looking forward to this after reading such good reviews but I was beyond disappointed. Oh then she tried to get my review removed .. so obviously if you leave a bad one it gets removed so of course it is all 5 stars.

This program was a game changer for me….absolutely life changing and transformative. I am forever grateful to Julie and her team. I highly recommend this program to all women.

This program really helped me identify my ways of being that contributed to my being burned out so that I can shift those. It really love how Julie incorporates practical with spiritual practices and focuses on the feminine way of leadership. I leave the program feeling more empowered and clear on next steps towards creating a fulfilling life.

I signed up for the free call after watching the webinar and feeling as though the message really spoke to me. I appreciated they did a 1-hour free call, as this is an investment from their side into really allowing a potential client to explore the programme and what it has to offer.

I enjoyed the call, the questions the coach asked, and the overview of the programme I was provided. However, like another reviewer noted, the hard sales pitch at the end of the call left me feeling, quite frankly, gross. The cost of the 12-week program was double what I was expecting, which is fine as I'm a firm believer in pricing services in line with the value you feel they offer. When I noted that I would need to talk to my partner before making such a large financial investment (this would easily be the single largest expenditure we would make all year), the coach/saleswoman persisted in trying to encourage me to sign up- to the point where she actually asked "Is your partner supportive of you?" This for me crossed a line, especially after spending over half the conversation talking about the importance of drawing and respecting boundaries. After she said this I told her in no uncertain terms I was drawing a boundary with her and would not be signing up today.

I will also not be signing up in the future. It is not a good sign when a career coach advocating for setting firm boundaries crosses one in order to make a sale in the first hour of knowing you. I'm very disappointed, as I was looking forward to this call and have instead been left with a gross feeling.

I may look the same and sound the same on the outside but am a completely different woman on the inside that is full of confidence, has direction and is fully present with energy. I was expecting an improvement from feeling overwhelmed and maybe learn some stress management and time management techniques, but little to my surprise I gained so much more than that. Some of the self paced work is very challenging and I do not recommend it for anyone that is afraid to challenge themselves or anyone who is unwilling to set aside 2-3 hours a week to do the work. I’m glad I accidentally found this program. I have to admit, I did a lot of research before signing up. I decided all the positives gained were worth the investment in myself.

It’s been a few weeks now since I've completed Julie’s program and I can honestly say I feel like a different person. The load has been lightened and my priorities are clear. Awaken gave me permission to start acting on behalf of my own dreams, and it gave me the confidence and the community to do so.

I can’t begin to articulate all that I’ve learned, but the best way I can describe it is that I’ve learned how to function as an adult and what that looks like. I have a new understanding of how to process life’s stressors, and my expectations have dramatically shifted to allow room for me to feel all sorts of things, which then helps me hear my intuition, and build trust and confidence with myself.

As a bonus my emotional eating has improved so much since going through this program.

Before this program I thought something was wrong with me that I couldn’t function in a corporate job, while being a mother and wife. After this program I’ve learned how to resource myself, get WAY more help in place, and take responsibility to make myself a plan to start moving in the direction of MY hopes and dreams. My husband has commented so many times how much happier I am now.

If you’re like me and you’re searching these reviews for answers, I can assure it is not a scam. For me this program was truly an awakening, an investment in myself to course correct and start living a more meaningful life, and a breath of fresh air so be amongst such a supportive and comforting community. If you want to SLOW DOWN, change your patterns and enjoy life, this course is for you.

Today marks a very special day! I joined the program this day last year and Julie said make note of this day as it’s the day as you’ll look back on a year from now and remember it as the day your life changed. I kind of curiously looked at her when she said that and I thought ‘ok we’ll see’. But now one year on to the day, she was so spot on! I’ve been through huge changes mentally and physically (I lost 20lbs!) although that is just a happy circumstance of been coached on the tools and skills to balance my life, manage burnout and look after myself properly. The program eases you into change and it’s been so refreshing to have a community of amazing women to grow with. It is definitely a case of life before the program and life after the program. Im just so grateful to the program team and coaches and feel blessed to have found this community when I did.

Awaken! The process captivated me from the initial phone call, throughout the series of steps that involved finding my authentic self again, confronting recurring or unexpected obstacles that impede momentum and growth. I learned how to merge dichotomies in my life with specific and effective forms of communication. The support groups have unique training, skills and life experiences that helped me identify some deterrents. I now have some powerful tools with which I can unveil all possibilities and create new ones for myself, family, community and beyond.

This program is the best financial and personal investment I have ever made in my life. It is worth every single dime, minute, and hour I spent and as a result I received the most amazing gifts, many of which I could never have imagined possible. What I really loved most is the great amount of support and guidance I received from so many different individuals. Unlike other coaching experiences (which I researched and looked into), this program provided me not only a set curriculum (with an amazing set of tools and a powerful guiding structure), I received coaching from so many different individuals whose particular focus is slightly different. I really loved having access to the different modalities and not just making my work in the course based on practical strategies that are head/mind focused. It was a combination of all the aspects of my being that made it so powerful (mind, heart, and spirit).

Not only did I receive support in various modalities with experts in each, but I was assigned a coach who was consistently present and helped me move through the program. She was kind but also pushed me to really question what I've always said and done and in turn then provided practical strategies to move through difficult moments. I also really enjoyed the components that also included the larger group of women in the program. I have always been a true believer in the power of women coming together to support each other as they move through life and so when I was told I would be able to get to know others just like me, seeking coaching and getting help, I knew this would an added layer which would serve as absolutely invaluable. After 3 months in the program, I can say this was also extremely important to my overall experience, it really helped me not feel so alone in my experiences. I believe this is the power of the program, in that coaching is constantly happening and we're learning from each other.

Overall, Julie's coaching program is extremely robust, thoughtful, and provides structured ways of caring and loving each client. If you're wondering if it's worth it to spend this amount of money and invest in yourself - don't doubt it for a minute. As a woman who struggles financially due to significant investments in my traditional education, I wondered if I knew what I was doing and if this would be worth the money. Honestly, the amount you receive out of this program, is worth MUCH MORE than what you actually pay for. My new way of life and the way I approach life and my body in regards to my mindset is just literally priceless. Honestly, the cost of the program is an absolute steal when you see how much you're provided not only in support but just knowledge and coaching.

Hmm, it’s hard to succinctly express all that is gained and saved as a result of experiencing this program. So I’ll leave it at you will get what you were expecting and the thing you needed but didn’t know you were missing. The bottom line is that if you experiencing burnout know that this program works.

This program is POWERFUL! My12 week journey was simply incredible. I started as the caterpillar 🐛 and evolved into a beautiful Butterfly 🦋 my journey with Julie and Coach Heather was a life-changing experience, and I will forever be grateful. If you are genuinely ready for a profound change, this is the journey you must take. Just trust the process and know you can have it all.

You may have come came here because you're searching for reviews about this program that you want to join, but are seeking some sort of negative validation that you shouldn't; that it's just another one of those scam programs that's out there to take your money, etc. You may be still thinking the reviews on here are fake or exaggerated, etc.

I'm here to tell you, its ok. I thought the same, after all I am a skeptic, A type, I know my stuff. I am also here to tell you, I was wrong. Who am I? Why should you care about what I have to say? Whatever you do is entirely up to you, but I will share my experience...my LIFE CHANGING experience.

For once in my life, I chose me. I chose to invest in me after I consistently invested in others. Whether it was my time, my effort, my love, my trust, my money, you name it...I was a people pleaser, a nice person, and I couldn't possibly fathom spending money on myself in this way. I was also listening to those around me and the voices in my head chastising me or validating my fears and worries. After all, I'd read many books, listened to every TED talk out there, done yoga, meditated, took leadership courses, degrees, mentorship from senior leaders, I'm smart...YET, something was missing, internally I was a mess, anxious, stressed, overworked, lacked patience with my family, wasn't present...I mean truly present. That something I needed I found in this program. That something is the key to unlock your own inner wise woman to guide you through whatever life throws at you. To have the toolset to implement in moments when life throws curveballs to throw you off track. This program is so carefully timed and organized that each course module happens to magically synchronize with whatever hurdle you're going through at the time, and then it helps you get over it. It introduces you to yourself, the self you think you knew...only to find out there is SO much more to her. It also introduces you to other women, SISTERS going through the same stuff. The outpouring love and support of this program is unreal.

The scariest things are often the things that make the most significantly positive impact in your life. The only way out is through. This course changed my mindset entirely about the way I view things, how I process things, helps me cope internally with difficulties rather than with a glass of wine every night after work. This program completely shifted the way I parent my child and because of this program my child will grow to look up to a mother whose strength is not measured by her job title or paycheck...but by love, compassion, calm and intentional vulnerability.

You may still think this is mumbo jumbo, kumbaya stuff, but once you go through this program, you, too, will be blown away. Afterall, you are only truly capable of giving others what you are capable of giving to yourself. Live with intention.
