I joined the Awaken program during the pandemic in 2020 after I had lost my job, my purpose, and my entire support system. I was in the midst of a deep depressive episode and had suffered from Major Depressive Disorder and Generalized Anxiety for my entire life. At this point in my life, I'd been going to therapy and had been on medication for 12 years, both of which helped me just enough to make me function on a daily basis. By committing myself to Julie's program, gaining a community of non-judgemental and supportive women, and meeting with my coach one on one, I was able to finally start to change my thought patterns and behaviors. As my self-image began to shift so did my world view.

After the Awaken program, I had the tools to help me be more mindful of everyday stresses, know when I was feeling dysregulated, and how to drop into my body to re-ground myself. I learned true self-compassion and love, something that had always eluded me until the practices of this program. I was able to wean myself down to the lowest prescribed dose of my medication.

The community of women that you meet in this program is truly unlike ANYthing I've ever experienced, and the support is genuinely life changing. I continued my journey with Julie's Rise program, which is for Awaken graduates. I'm learning how to rise into my true power, look at my fears, and take scary actions and risks to get to my dream life. These programs and coaches make me feel like I can do anything, and they're with you every step of the way.

I was a super workaholic, yelling at my daughter and considering quitting my job because I was so emotionally fried. I signed up for clarity on my career, what I got was how to live as the whole me. This community has allowed me, as a leader, to break down the walls and let other women in. My relationship with my daughter is better than ever. Don’t wait. Just leap and trust this journey.

I was definitely NOT impressed. If their sales pitch is anything like the real experience it must be a huge waste of money. I assumed with an hour long call there would have been much more insight into the actual program, maybe even the philosophy behind it. When explained she basically said it's a series of virtual modules and a phone call every other week so for $10k that seems absolutely obsurd. It felt very much like an hour long fact finding phone call in order to exploit your vulnerabilities to guilt you into spending a ridiculous amount of money. Smoke and mirrors at best...
Definitely need to rethink your sales and marketing pitch. I told the woman on the call that I was very skeptical and all she did was reinforce that feeling and solidify why I should have just followed my gut feeling. If you have money to waste and enjoy someone exploiting all your vulnerabilities then maybe this is for you. I will definitely NOT be joining. I highly recommend not wasting an hour of your already very busy day.

I can't express how life changing this program was. I am forever changed in my core and trust that I will continue to benefit forever from this extremely beneficial program. The BEST investment I could ever make.

This was a great self paced course coupled with coaching support and weekly community calls to reduce burnout, clarify your priorities, and create important boundaries! The work is worth it.

This 14 week journey was like nothing I had ever experienced in my life. I am forever changed and eternally grateful. From the moment I clicked on Julie’s training video it felt like I had been thrown a life buoy 🛟. Her words resonated in a way that brought my inner whispers to the surface, affirming that the time had come for a shift. If I could find the courage, if I could face my fears, if I could listen to my heart, the light at the end of the tunnel was before me. I've been involved in wellbeing in HR for years - and this program is a complete game changer. Invest in yourself. I started burned out at work and home, and reconnected with myself and what gives me purpose. I'm a healthier, stronger person looking forward to fully living my life. Highly recommend.

Listen, I know what you're thinking. How can a program really change my life? Why would it be worth the $? This comprehensive program changed things I've been trying to shift on my own for over a decade. The principles, approach, and practices are the real deal. I am so grateful for what I've learned because it's sustainable and you get lifelong access to the e-learning site. Take the leap. This is what any ambitious, overworked, badass woman needs. You deserve it.

Coming off a 90 hour work weeks for 5 months equaled the definition of "burn-out". The more I researched, the more I began to understand the why behind the term based on all the symptoms I was feeling. In my searches, I came across Julie Santiago's AYL (Awaken your Life) program (amongst others but none that I took interest in or that I found appealing) & it was one of the best decisions I made. When I set up my first introductory call, it was like the women on the other end knew me & truly guided me in the right direction - you have to be ready and trust the process! I took a leap of faith trusting her team, support services and guidance for 12 weeks & I can say confidently, I would NOT be where I am today without it. Thank you Julie and to her incredible team for ALL they do. Forever thankful and grateful for this journey and I can't wait to continue this practice!

I’m going to cut straight to the chase: This program is the work I’ve needed to do on myself since I was 10 years old. For context, I turn 32 tomorrow, so it was multiple decades of suffering and searching for solutions that led me to find Julie Santiago and Awaken Your Life. When I signed up for AYL, I had seen doctors, gone to therapy multiple times, tried many different healing modalities like chiropractic, acupuncture and spiritual healing. I was also a long-time yoga practitioner, someone with a deep understanding and practice of holistic nutrition and the list goes on… In other words, by just about all counts, I took phenomenal care of myself and opened myself up to many different solutions while on the path to finding what would rid me of my chronic anxiety, stress, burnout and hopelessness. Enter Julie Santiago. This program is the game-changer. I can honestly say that I learned countless lessons about myself, life and the daily experience we have/can have as feminine leaders. The lesson that really sticks out right now, though, is perhaps the most profound shift I experienced while in the program: You can be uncomfortable and happy/joyful/fulfilled at the same time. The more you expand your capacity to sit with discomfort and feel your feelings vs. fight them, the more that discomfort starts to dissipate and the more you spiral up to a higher state of being. As I finished my program last week, I said to all the women, “I’m celebrating being at the beginning of what I now know is a lifelong journey. The work continues, but I now feel empowered and have the tools I need to continue shifting into the woman I want to be.” That’s what this program gave me and continues to give me. It’s the gift that keeps on giving. With an alumni group to join after you uplevel/graduate out of Awaken Your Life, you truly have ongoing support to continue doing your inner and outer work. For women looking to lead themselves and others to a future that is lighter and brighter, this is your classroom; it’s the education and experience you need on every level. For 14 weeks, you get 4 hour-long 1:1 coaching calls, 2 group coaching calls per week (90 minutes each), weekly curriculum to complete, full access to the Awaken Your Life Facebook Group and a Support Desk that you can email into whenever you have a question about the program or need support from your coach. It’s so comprehensive and definitely a commitment, one that’s a no-brained to make, though. Julie and her team really overdeliver here. They are living demonstrations of the work they coach you through in this program. Everything about Awaken Your Life is the real deal.

It is hard to truly express in words the validation, love, reflection and releasing that has occurred in my mind, body and soul over the last 14 weeks. I feel more grounded, calm and clear than I have since I started my career in medicine and I am deeply grateful for the return to self and beyond. I cannot recommend this more to women who are feeling that parts of themselves are trapped, broken or lost despite being successful outwardly. So much love for an incredible vision and team. I am forever changed and moving forward one step and a time.

Julie found me at the end of my rope and opened my eyes to my state: I was burnout. She helped me heal but achieved a lot more: in the process of the program I discovered my true calling. As a result I've never been happier, clearer and more certain in my entire life.

I first saw Julie's power pitfalls video at the end of 2019. As I watched, with tears in my eyes, it was like she was talking directly to my heart, as if she knew exactly what I was thinking and how I was feeling even though we had never met.

When I got on the first phone call with Erin, I wasn't sure if I would join Julie's program. I was skeptical, a little cynical, and I had never spent so much money on myself, but I knew deep in my heart that something in my life had to change. I was miserable, everything else I had tried had not worked, and nobody else seemed to understand the way that Julie did in that one video. So I took the leap.

I am a very different woman than I was two and a half years ago. I look at the world very differently. I am living a more purposeful life. I have started my own business doing work consistent with my life's purpose and that feeds my soul. I am part of a sisterhood of like-minded women that Julie and her team have cultivated through their work, who are compassionate, caring, open, and supportive of one another through our accomplishments, trials, and painful moments. What an amazing program. It has changed my life. My business is thriving and I have time to prioritize my family. Couldn’t have done that without the tools in this program. I am so grateful I found Awaken.

This program has been a game changer for me in my professional career. All the tools, all the skill sets are there AND the game changer here is the coaches that work with you one on one as you discover yourself, your authentic self, to implement these skills that you may have already even studied.

Chances are that if you are looking up Julie's program here, you are skeptical about whether this program is legitimate/real, or if it maybe is a scam or just simply not helpful. Not only is this program real, its wonderful, inspiring, and life changing. By far and away it was the BEST investment I have made in myself, besides my doctorate degree (which was many times more expensive.) I want to acknowledge that the program is pricey, but it is truly above and beyond any other "self-help" course/program available. AND it will absolutely change your life. I truly felt I received 10x the value out of the program over what I actually spent.
