Such a lovely app

I would definitely recommend JPFans to anyone looking for great deals on kpop photocards and merch. I found hidden gems that I didn't even know were available like le sserafim crazy japan merch! So cool and easy to use!

The purchase process is simple and fast, plus they have many products that I had searched everywhere for and couldn't find.I think the only thing I didn't like was that I had trouble getting my order shipped to my country, other than that everything was great!

From Japan to the UK!
I bought a cardigan and 7 figures for around £70 (including shipping) if I wanted to buy the same thing it would have cost me anything from £180-230! (Maybe even more) This service has saved me so much money. Not only that but they constantly give out shipping Coupons to lower the price further! Each item is checked for quality and they send you pictures of the items so you can double check them! Shipping took less than two week, I expected to wait months since it’s from Japan but it arrived so quickly!

I recently ordered a couple of photocards thru Jpfans and I will definitely be ordering again! The photocards were packaged securely and put in a little box to minimise shipping cost. The shipping itself was very fast and they offer a tax-free shipping option which is awesome, because you don’t get any surprise fees when the package arrives.

Jp fans is an easy way to buy things from japan, i was always worried to buy from proxy shippers because i wasn’t able to know the price of shipping but with the “shipping estimate feature” i could know the price shipping before i even purchase the item i want to buy. I brought two figures and a keychain of my favourite characters from code geass, lelouch,c.c and suzaku. And the tax free shipping option ensured that i would not pay any extra money at customs! The price of shipping depends on the volume of the items you order i paid £30 which was not bad at all considering the size of my items. Jp fans has good customer service and many options to reduce the cost of shipping such as “folding shoe box” where for example if you’ve brought a figure with its box and you want to reduce the volume/price of the shipping they can remove that box and put it in the shipping package, slashing the shipping price in half! I also love how they send you pictures of the packing process it’s very useful and is a great way to check the quality of things. Overall i’ve enjoyed my experience with jp fans and the services that come with it.

I’ve discovered about this proxy service from a popular fashion instagram page and I am always interested in the most beautiful pieces from japanese designers which are very hard to find in Europe.
The interface and layout of this service is translated in english and it is very easy to use! I can just type various different designers name in the searchbar and it will show me a bunch of items from mercari, yahoo jp auctions and other japanese platforms.

Firstly the package arrived at their warehouse where they send me Quality Check pictures to ensure I received the correct item and after that I selected the EMS-F shipping service with tracking number included which I had to pay for and declare the value of my package. Secondly they send me another series of pictures with the package weight and the shirt being packed inside the box. I really love their transparent system!
On 24th january the package has left their warehouse.
On 27th january the package has left Japan.
On 29th january the package has arrived in my country ^.^
The customs process took another few days because they needed to process this and I had to pay additional custom taxes but finally on the 11th february the package was delivered to my address and I am sooo satisfied with the quality of the shirt and the quality of service of JPFans.
I am super satisfied as a customer with this experience and as of now I am waiting for another package from them :D

Overall good, although I was not warned about how much international shipping would be before-hand, but perhaps I am just optimistic about prices and got caught up in how cheap the products themselves were. The shipping speed was quite fast though! I was very surprised.
