Hice un pedido en JPFans donde compré unas zapatillas y una sudadera, y en general la experiencia fue muy positiva. La web es fácil de usar y todo el proceso de compra fue bastante claro.

The whole process was so smooth and JPfans team was so helpful when I was asking question they were so patient with me and I truly appreciate it. Everything was so easy to navigate and I'm so happy to know that JPfans free inspection services which is quite a bonus if you ask me. Prices are also AMAZING I was able to find so many merch for good value that I wouldn't have found in other places so definitely recommend JPfans especially for any kpop collector out there.

My experience is incredible this is the cheapest most reliable app , super user friendly it doesn’t have all of the confusing screens like buyee I love how photos are free I stumbled on this searching for a more reliable app after going through one mall neakyo and buyee , I love how customer service in app is an option

Amazing . Smooth experience. The app is easy to navigate . I found amazing items and merch that aren’t available in my country. Customer support are great at communicating. The process of buying and shipping is simple and smooth. Theres a great variety of shipping methods. The product inspection photos are clear and great quality. I highly recommend using this app.

I was impressed by the clear and bright images of the products for sale, with clear sizing descriptions. I ordered 6 small Kirby plushies from 2 different sellers for low and bargain prices. I received regular updates in the JP Fans app about where my orders were: from warehouse delivery, photos of my orders in packaging, on a scale with the package weight, and the shipping cost. This takes place within 1 week. After 2 weeks, my order arrived packaged securely in a tightly sealed box. The plushies were brand new and had a light sweet scent too. I'm delighted with this service, this is how all import services should be done.

I had my first experience with JPfans when i ordered a few figures from Spy x Family, the purchase was so easy and the customer service of the app guide you through the all process. In the warehouse they explained that you have 60 days of storage space of your purchase itens for free, and photos of your items to check the quality. After packaging the itens you pay the shipping, and around 12/15 days they arrived ( Portugal). Very well packaged. The all experience was so amazing 🤩 i will keep buying my figures from them for sure 🙌

I ordered a Demon Driver from JPFans and honestly it was a really good experience. The delivery took a little over a week which is pretty fast for something coming from Japan to Europe. I was actually surprised how quick it arrived.

The packaging was clean and well protected, nothing was damaged at all. The Demon Driver itself is exactly like described and works perfectly, the sounds are really good and the quality feels solid.

Overall I'm really satisfied with my order. I would definitely recommend JPFans if you're into Kamen Rider stuff and want to import items without too much hassle.

Would definitely recommend getting the anime figurines and merchandise here! Items are widely available and at a good deal. And if you ship big orders, it will be so much more worth! I will definitely come back for more. Inspection and delivery services are robust

First time ever buying from JPfans because of its popularity on social media, I decided to use it because I want to see if it lives up to its hype. Bought a couple of J Fashion clothing that was being resold on JPMercari and both of them were affordable. Not so bad so far. It was cool how the agents showed pictures for inspections of the products I actually bought for for me to confirm that exact product I paid for and both of them were just clothing so I would’ve expected the shipping to be not bad. The shipping prices were badly expensive. Again, all I bought were just clothes just a hoodie and a shirt that was all fitting one size for all bodies. I had to pay around 60 bucks for shipping for the hoodie I used the shipping coupons but they weren’t enough. On top of that I had to pay 50 for the shirt I paid FOR SHIPPING. Tomorrow my hoodie comes and I choose UPS as for the shipping service, just now I had to pay ANOTHER SHIPPING FEE that is only almost 20 bucks. They just keep making me pay pay pay. Pay for shipping for such a ridiculous amount just for a shirt and now another just now for TAXES and probably mix in some tariffs too all thanks to Trump’s administration for reinforcing tariffs. I’ll probably buy only one more thing from them once I have enough money again and uninstall the app entirely. Do not buy from JPfans if you’re financially struggling, the products may be good but the shipping and tariffs just ruin it. If you’re gonna shop on JPfans, better do it at your own risk.
