I have an exemplary experience with Joyfolie--and most specifically their customer service. I ordered shoes for my daughter to wear as a flower girl in our niece's wedding. It is hard to buy shoes for a young growing person online. Initially the shoes I ordered were too small. I returned them for a larger size (size 3). The size was correct by the heel was too high and we decided we should return them for flats. I returned the heels for size 3 flats. They arrives and were the perfect look, but too big. I tried to return them, however, I had reached the max number of times i could return something. I contacted customer service and initially was told I could not return these. I responded to explain that the heels fit in size 3 and the flats were too big and they granted me an exception and accepted my return. I then asked if they could expedite sending the new shoes because our date of travel was rapidly approaching and they also granted this exception. I am exceedingly impressed and surprised that there is a caring, considerate, understanding person on the other side of the email who was willing to understand my perspective and grant these reasonable exceptions. You really don't get customer service like this any more. I will continue to recommend this company to my family and friends. Thank you!

Birthday Dinner Date
My husband bought me a dress to wear for my birthday dinner date. I felt comfortable and beautiful for my evening out. I also love that the dress accentuated my curves and highlighted my hard work in the gym with a low cut back. Will be purchasing more dresses in the near future!

Bad business
Don’t waste your money with this company. I purchased from them once and received a dress that is poorly made and does not fit. Customer service does not make any effort to try to develop returning customers. Will be recycling the dress. Would be too embarrassed to gift this to somebody.

Misleading Return Policy / Frustrating Customer Service Experience
Being able to talk to customer service would be helful. I paid the extra for hassle free returns, discovered only an exchange was possible, chose an item that didn't come to the full amount of the tops that didn't fit, attempted to modify my exchange order before they had shipped anything, and they were unable to work with my modified desired outcome. Aiming to go for natural fiber clothing moving forward.

The Checkout+ "Hassle-Free Returns" option that was purchased provides free return shipping on eligible items and package protection for items that are lost, stolen, or damaged during transit. It does not modify or override the eligibility requirements of our standard return policy, which are clearly outlined on our website and throughout the return process.
Regarding your exchange request, we understand you wanted to modify the replacement item after deciding on a different option. However, your request to add or change items was made after you had already shipped your return back to us. At that point, the exchange process had already begun in our system, and once an exchange reaches that stage, we are no longer able to manually modify the selected replacement items.
Had we received your request before the exchange process was initiated, we would have been happy to update your exchange selection. As explained in our email correspondence, certain actions cannot be manually changed once they have entered a specific stage in our system, as doing so could affect order accuracy and fulfillment.
Throughout this process, our team remained in communication with you, answering your questions and explaining each step along the way. Total Scam Alert: Joyfolie’s ‘Hassle-Free Returns’ Add-On Is Completely Fake
This was one of the most frustrating online shopping experiences I’ve had.
Joyfolie constantly advertises sales and discounts, but what many customers may not realize is that those discounts can severely limit your ability to receive a refund. Since nearly everything on the site is discounted, this effectively leaves many customers with little to no practical refund option.
What I find particularly misleading is the company’s “Hassle-Free Returns” add-on. I paid an extra $4.99 believing it would protect me if I needed to return an item. Instead, I discovered that I was limited to an exchange rather than a refund. When the exchanged item also didn’t work out, I was still unable to simply return the purchase and get my money back.
In my opinion, charging customers extra for return protection while restricting refunds is deceptive. The name “Hassle-Free Returns” creates an expectation that customers can easily return items, when the reality is far more restrictive.
Had I known the true limitations of the return policy before ordering, I never would have made a purchase. Customers should carefully read every detail of the return policy before spending their money because the marketing and the actual return experience are not the same thing.
I will not shop with Joyfolie again and cannot recommend the company based on my experience.

My husband bought me two gorgeous dresses from Joyfolie. However when I decided to purchase a dress from them myself on May 9th during their Mother's day sale. Unfortuantely it did not fit me. I have been corresponding with the customer service. You are allowed 30 days with tags on the dress in order to return the item. Because I am 2 days from the 30 day return they will not permit me to return this purchase!!! This was NOT a Joyful experience and I will never purchase from this company again.

We always make every effort to ensure that our policies are complete, clearly stated, and readily available on our website so customers can review them before making a purchase. We also explained these policy details during our email correspondence.
While your case was under review, we worked to see if an exception could be made. In fact, the day before this review was posted, we obtained approval for a one-time exception to allow your return as requested. I have made several purchases
I have made several purchases. I have found some amazing fits and different designs. I can't count the number of times I get a compliment on the dress I am wearing. I have never had any issues with the website or exchanges. I appreciate being able to try something on and then exchanging for another size. Most of the time I opt for and exchange instead of a refund because I love the clothes. The only time I did not keep an item was because the chest fit was too small. Cant do much about that.
