Toilet light to carry. The casettes dividing urine and faeces a good idea. I think the eco cassette is preferable to the other cassette type, due to hygiene and manageability. I don’t know why you can’t return unused casettes though which I wanted to do after I decided that the eco was better than the standard. This inflexibility of company policy annoyed me.

'Just wanted to say thanks for your recent cover support. Also, 'thought I'd include photos of the outdoor shower I built for my wife and I. We live in the forest with great "green leaves privacy." Your outdoor shower is hand-over-fist better than other companies' units that lasted only one season for us; still going strong in year three... Cheers, Jon

I recently pulled out my hottap shower on a Backcountry trip. The pump wasn't working, looked like something melted internally. When I got home, I contacted Joolca. They responded immediately, which was refreshing. I showed them the problem, and they sent me a replacement quickly at no charge. I was impressed with the speedy customer service and of course the hottap product itself is great. Had hot showers in time for my 4th of July trip. Thanks Joolca!

I camp quite often with a lot of wear and tear on my gear. I’ve had the zipper on my joolca cover get stuck due to all of the dirt. They sent me a new one within two days with no issues whatsoever.

Today, I had one of the lock pins come loose on my mounted ensuite. Unfortunately, I did not see it at the time and must have left it somewhere in the mountains. I reached out and before I can grab a cup of coffee, I had a tracking number for a replacement lock pins!

The Joolca team can easily give me a hard time on losing the lock pin but instead, they took care of their customers, without question! Not only is their gear superb but so is their customer service!!

Solid company, I was having issues with my unit, extremely frustrated and not in the mood for being nice - but the support team are so friendly and quick to send out a replacement part.

In hindsight, it's illogical for me to expect everything is 100%, 100% of the time, on such a complicated product. What is really important here is how the company operates to solve these issues and I can say, amazingly for Joolca, no stupid questions or timewasting, just immediate action without delays to make everything right.

The Joolca Gotta Go has changed my life. Great quality, sturdy. I just love it. Easy to clean, easy to use. The simplicity is unbelievable. Best purchase I ever made. Worth every penny.

I purchased the Nomad kit and experienced a challenge with the pump on our first outing. I sent a video to Joolca asking for help troubleshooting and without asking, the immediate response was to send a replacement pump as no charge. I am really impressed with the level of service. I bought my joolca unit approximately 4 weeks ago and it was delivered in time for a 4 day camping trip. Two days from order to delivery.

Going into Memorial Day, they and the more expensive nomad kit for sale. I reached out to the customer service team and they built a custom package for me so that I had all my f the items in the nomad kit without having to return the original unit. Not only did they quickly respond with a customized package for me at the discounted price, they had this in the mail and delivered before I even received shipping notice. Rockstar team.

Having a hot water shower right next to your tent completely transforms the camping experience. It's like bringing the comfort of your home bathroom into the great outdoors. Setup was incredibly simple. No complicated instructions, just straightforward and quick.

No more trekking to communal shower blocks, fumbling with tokens, or dealing with less than clean facilities. This setup gives you privacy, convenience and warmth whenever you need it.

Customer service has also been outstanding. They were responsive, helpful and even got back to me during a holiday. Something you don't see often these days. I hope their service stays this great!

New heating system worked out GREEEAT, Joolca will always be our go to!

I had an issue with a shower head i bought last year. Well....it was no issue with Joolca!! We talked about it and did a few steps. Deemed a bad shower head and a new one is on the way. Couldn't be any easier, excellent customer service!

Joolca's customer service is always prompt and extremely helpful. They have helped us troubleshoot multiple problems. We love the product and having the continued support has made us lifelong customers.

Brilliant and comfortable compost toilet design, I removed my flush style toilet in my travel trailer to test how a compost toilet would work out. My wife and I went camping for 4 days and the Gotta go was all we used day and night. I must say we keep well hydrated because we emptied the urine contain twice, but the rear solids container was only a little more than a third full. We used coconut coir as our compost material and using the white vinegar in the spray bottle works well as directed. My wife was pleased with the comfort and functionality as well, says the Gotta Go is more comfortable than the RV flush toilets. Besides saving a bunch of water and no longer using our black tank, we were able to put a valve on sewer dump port that now doubles our grey water capacity. Camping was so much more quieter without the loud RV pump running every time it’s needed to flush the RV toilet. Has me thinking about saving water in my house!

The only thing more important than a 20 min hot shower every morning or before bed, or using a clean and comfortable toilet whenever you need to, is the ability to wash your hands or dishes with super hot water whenever necessary to keep yourself clean and healthy. The Nomad and Gottago Ensuite combination made all those amenities a reality!

Had a minor issue with our recently purchased product. Reached out to customer service and within 24 hours had a response and a remedy to the problem in the way.

The toilet arrived (EARLY!) and it looks fantastic. Has all the bells and whistles, and while I haven't used it in the field yet, it's something I'm really looking forward to (hah!)
