The store assistant pleasant and polite.
The price was abit cheaper because i was a jollyes member

A couple of weeks ago I purchased some loose bird feed for my parrot. I always put in in a sealed container so pleased I did as it was full of rice weavils not pleasant at all. Not jolleys fault and they were aware there was a infestation and took appropriate action to remove the weavils which I had never seen before. My parrots food pots were full of them and some had got into the room where my parrot is I was distraught but all OK now. The young girl who served me in the shop assured me they would not harm my bird.

I’m getting a puppy on Wednesday and I popped into Jollies to pick up a few bits. I was feeling overwhelmed and not sure what to get, I asked for help and the lovely lady was kind, patient and gave me all the time I needed. She was really busy with customer queries and telephone calls but that did not stop her making me feel valued. I could not thank her enough

The girl behind the counter had a snake wrapped round her arm and seemed to get a kick from me not wishing to be near it not exactly the friendliest welcome. The lad who took over however was great!

It’s very overpriced, all ‘live food’ bugs are dead, fish tanks full of algae/uncleaned
The birds are clearly stressed and over crowded and shouldn’t be in the small cage they are in. grooming salon is never open, how can you expect regular customers?
The standards of this store are poor and need looking at.
