Staff so helpful, just got a rescue dog and the advice and guidance were superb.

I am a relatively new Jollyes customer and find the staff really friendly and knowledgeable, on my visit I discovered that they offer a vet service in store for vaccinations, microchip etc, so took my cat along to be vaccinated, microchipped, flea and worm preventative treatment and what a wonderful experience for my cat, the vet really put my cat at ease and was so gentle and patient with her, she also received a full health check, the overall service was very professional and caring and the most important thing was my cat wasn’t stressed at all, Jollyes moto is that they want this service to be affordable for everyone and this all cost me less than half what I would have paid at the majority of vets with no compromise on care.
I strongly recommend this service and store.

Store always looks clean and well organised and staff are friendly and professional. Rarely had an issue getting what I came for but once it was out of stock and staff were very quick to check for me and let me know when stock was expected.

Staff politeness and knowledge

This store gave me excellent customer service and was friendly throughout.

I arrived to pick up a click and collect order and I could see the product was behind the till waiting for me. There didn't seem to be many staff in the store and there was no-one at the till when I arrived but a member of staff appeared quickly and he was friendly and polite.

I was also there for the community pet clinic as my cat was due his annual booster vaccination. We were taken straight away and again the member of staff who checked us in and out was friendly and polite. The vet was professional and carried out a thorough health check, administered the vaccination and weighed my cat. The cost of the vaccination at the clinic is much lower than local vets, who do not advertise their prices, which are much higher. As our cat is young we took advantage of the 'vaccinations for life' offer which will save us a lot of money in the long run.
