From modest beginnings in Enfield as a single store in 1971, Jollyes has now grown into one of the leading pet food superstores with over 100 locations across the UK alongside a market-leading position in Northern Ireland. From Perth to Plymouth, Newry to Norwich, at Jollyes customers can find anything for their pet, from pet food, pet toys and an array of pet accessories. Customers are actively encouraged to bring their pets into store, while customers shop because Jollyes people are passionate about pets. Potty about puppies and crazy for cats, no matter what the animal, store colleagues are always on hand to help with anything from product advice, to picking the perfect pet and accessories. Many stores also run community clinics offering vaccinations and other advice from trained vets. Great choice of dog food. Customer service is very good, even carried my 10 kilo food out to the car.

Helpful staff and trolley issues
The person who served us was very helpful as it transpires my name and email address had been previously misspelt. This hopefully has now been rectified.
One issue is the money needed to free trollies. I do not very often carry coins and found this very frustrating as I usually bulk purchase dog food, bird seed etc.

The only thing I now don’t agree with and it’s change so much that our spending is so different now is the pet club, it’s so rubbish now with no real savings for customers considering we have pets for such a long term of our life’s
