Keira at the Westcroft store in Milton Keynes was absolutely fabulous! I have a very small pomeranian and I struggle to find her toys and chews as she is so small. Keira gave me very helpful advice. She was patient and answered my 100 questions with knowledge and professionalism. I would absolutely go back because of her. Unfortunately I didn't get the lady's name but the cashier was friendly and super helpful as well.

Great staff on hand to help. Came away eith a bit more than intended about was helped to the car.

Lovely lady on the till she is always welcoming and chatty ,very knowledgeable to .. products are good and the pricing in Kitkat fresh cat food is excellent at present so I purchased 5 boxes

Where week prior was at your vet and lady there could not have been anymore helpful.

Could do with better variety of premium cat food, eg applaws, encore - unable to purchase wet cat food for my cat here. Always purchase suet balls for birds and this time have tried sunflower hearts, both very good value and don't get wasted.

The item we purchased was marked at £27, at the till we were charged £28. We explained to the cashier this wasn't the first time it had happened, she replied with 'this is a head office problem'. No apology received. She also made us wait until her queue had finished before she dealt with the refund. I know it was only £1, but how many other people have been charged extra without realising.

Very little interaction.
No offer of help with the 3 large bags of food ( which I've recieved in previous occasions ) .
The assistant was borderline rude .
