Kind cashier, quick and easy visit

They're always so friendly and helpful in the Llanelli branch, really amazing customer service and fab prices

The young person serving us was amazing

Never give vouchers, never know anything and sell really small cages which are unsuitable for any small animal. Pets at Home sells larger and better cages for cheaper

The items I required were easy to find. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable.

Went in to buy a waterproof jacket for my Jack Russell but sadly nothing appropriate as they seem to be more fashionable than practical. I did manage to but some chicken feet and duck treats. Staff lady was cheery and tried to be helpful.

Always get fantastic service at Jollyes Llanelli from Ben.
He has good knowledge and always goes that extra mile to make sure we can find everything we need.
He also helped with choosing and engraving a new dog tag, excellent service Ben keep up the great work.

Lovely polite staff, good prices

I found what I wanted easily, in a clean well presented store and good offers.

I was buying bulk bags and was asked if I needed help carrying them, which is always helpful.

Asking questions while purchasing items and staff didn’t have a clue, wasn’t interested if being helpful, rude and untrained. Joined up as a member in store spending £70 odd pound, to then later go back and purchase another £50 spent.. and couldn’t find me as a member as the colleague didn’t sign me up so no I haven’t had any points for my purchases..
