Dilssatisfied
I have recently been traumatised by witnessing the cruelty to a dog being groomed by one of your groomers. The store staff were very helpful and pleasant. unfortunately this did not continue with the lady groomer. We heard the dog yelp while shopping. When we went to the grooming area she was pushing the poor dog against the wall, pulling its paw and dragging it back. Fortunately the couple whose dog it was came in and demanded their dog back. We left in haste and would not have left our dog in her care.
