We got good advice from Caitlin at the medical counter.She was very helpful and informative.Mu sons wee dog has Arthritis in her shoulder, and she guided us on what medication to try.Much cheaper than vet.👍

Lovely new store in Kingsgate, Glasgow. Very good deal for Royal Canin for our Golden Retriever. Would like some grooming spray for him if you could get that. Super choices for other pets too.

Always struggled to find toys tough enough for our dog but great choice here.

Good selection of stuff but the staff could be more helpful and passionate about what they do

I was told my 8 week old puppy could have pigs ears and similar treats by staff in store while I asked for advice on puppy chews. Googling when home showed this is definitely not true for any of the 5 for £5 treats we were sold to try (I was also charged for 6 instead of 5, despite having 5). Other than that I'd consider products I planned to buy, but I won't take advice again.

First visit to this new store. Great prices and great quality own brand grain free dog food. Loose bird feed also great. I was met by a smile at the tills and the service was excellent. Highly recommend.

Great prices just could be more selection

Visited the East Kilbride store on Friday evening , my 1st ever visit to a Jollyes store and while the store itself was lovely I can’t help but feeling my visit was different than that of the customer beside me at the checkout . She was greeted by a very friendly member of staff who asked her if she got everything she was looking for , asked if she wanted to sign up for the reward scheme and talked to her in detail about it . My member of staff refused to take the items from me , did not speak a word and when I asked for a receipt ignored me and called to next in queue . I will be back but will avoid that staff member on future visits.
