Overall friendly, easy service

Friendly staff, good product

Went to Coventry branch yesterday for first time and the customer service was excellent , not sure of staff members name but he was polite and so helpful. He genuinely went out of his way to help with suggestions and advice which was greatly received. Absolute credit to the store .

Our dog has to go in for surgery and will be in a crate for 6 weeks post op, the staff were so caring and helpful with everything he will need to be able to recover during this period

The staff were very friendly and helpful! The shop was tidy and well set out so things were easy to find. We had a list of things to buy and didn’t struggle at all with anything during our visit.

I always purchase your own make cat litter, it always baffles me, why you never have any in stock, I was lucky this time as you were having a large order arriving later that day, a large order, only 4 packs, & on offer so enough for 2 customers

The manageress goes above and beyond to help my little Westie who has been very poorly with inflammatory bowel disease. She is very knowledgeable about food for my dog. My dog is now improving with your grain free wet and dry food.
