Very helpful staff. I’m a little disappointed that you have discontinued the lose dog biscuits, I don’t have a lot of storage for the larger bags.

Shelves are always well stocked. Staff are friendly. Prices are good. The app is awful! Many times I have been unable to use vouchers I have earned because the app is down.

The staff were extremely helpful, a young girl with glasses helped me find exactly which products I was looking for, and even recommend some more that proved very useful. She was extremely polite and welcoming. Staff like this are a credit to any business, she needs a raise!

Good choice of goods, food and treats for various animals

Every time I’ve gone in they always low on stock the shelves look bar so I went in for three items which was cat food, cat litter and some bird treats no cat food no cat litter and very little stock on Bird treats so I bought nothing.
