From modest beginnings in Enfield as a single store in 1971, Jollyes has now grown into one of the leading pet food superstores with over 100 locations across the UK alongside a market-leading position in Northern Ireland. And if one of Jollyes stores isn’t close by, there’s helpful advice on Jollyes website where you can ask the expert. Jollyes was named 2023 Pet Retail Chain of the Year at the Pet Industry Federation Awards and was named best retailer under £250m turnover in the 2024 Retail Week awards. Earlier this month it was also named for the first time as one of the best big companies to work for in the Sunday Times annual survey. Staff were friendly and very helpful
Staff were friendly and very helpful, but there wasn’t clear indication of what was on shelves, and what was there was over stacked with products, which looked messy and was difficult to select plus, the products were not clear on their uses. When asked for help 2 out of 3 products were out the back and 1 was out of stock and was told to buy it online. Probably wouldn’t use again.
