This review is for the gentleman that works at Cannock on Linkway Retail Park. I am the lady that called in because I have a very fussy Cocker Spaniel and she's always on and off her food, he sympathised with me because he also has a fussy Cocker. He told me that the food I was feeding her was good and recommended me to try Lifestage Salmon Oil for Dogs, I purchased a large bottle, fed it to my Cocker that evening and what a change! I would like to thank him for his excellent recommendation, he's really helped us out of a small pickle. I did not take his name but he was so helpful in my moment of need. Thank you

excellent friendly service at jollyes cannock

My dog was booked in at the Cannock branch for a bath. Just 40 mins before the appt. they rang to cancel, due to under-estimate of time on another dogs grooming. I had made other personal appointments based around the timing and location of my dogs bath. Such short notice was very inconvenient. On phoning Paul, the manager, I found his attitude most objectionable and arrogant, with no sign of empathy or contrition. Whilst I appreciate that unexpected circumstances can arise, having been a loyal customer for many years, Paul’s sarcastic attitude alone during the call has singularly convinced me not to give Jollyes anymore of my custom. A classic case of terrible customer care, by exacerbating an unfortunate set of events. Several dog baths, ancillary grooming, food and treat purchases per year will now be going elsewhere

We have been coming here for over 18 months, and our dog is very nervous, so to bring her here has helped us no end,
All the staff have always been so nice to us and particularly to our dog. We have her washed and dried here, and her nails clipped. I've trusted them with her completely. We always buy her a treat or two to make the experience even more enjoyable for her. And she's never refused to go in which she does in a lot of places.
So we as a family are very happy with the customer service. (I was trying to think of something as constructive criticism but I can't.) Well done Cannock Jollyes.
