From modest beginnings in Enfield as a single store in 1971, Jollyes has now grown into one of the leading pet food superstores with over 100 locations across the UK alongside a market-leading position in Northern Ireland. Returns for exchange
When in to exchange dry food I bought as my dog would not eat it was told when I got it if my dog did not like it to bring it back and they would exchange it no problem but when I when back they said they couldn't find it o your computer. This is notmy fault but evenly exchange don't think this is great customer service

Ballymena store for best customer satisfaction
Very helpful staff in the Ballymena store always willing to help no matter the query.Checkouts always assists with pet membership and offers that’s why I always shop here and wouldn’t go anywhere else 😊
