Engineer kept me informed of his estimated arrival time. He arrived on time and worked very tidily and clean covering and protecting all surfaces. Repair carried out and full test of hob done .Excellent service.

Engineer is superb, friendly and very careful and thorough in all regards. Arrived on time and all repaired fine.
The booking a date system does need speeding up as you feel like your request has fallen into a black hole until eventually you get a reply. Once you get a reply all is very smooth so it is just an initial lack of information.

I recently broke a bora hob
I recently broke a bora hob, phoned jes on the Monday, I’m in London, they are in Leicester, advised it was extremely urgent as my clients were moving in and having a dinner party on the Wednesday. Tuesday night they had sent one of their operatives, replaced the glass, carried out all the required tests leaving the hob looking brand new again. From start to finish every person I dealt with was outstanding in their manner, service and professionalism, I cannot recommend the company highly enough.
