We reported a problem on Friday afternoon, but received a phone call, email and text with a promising response. Obviously we had the weekend inbetween, but on Tuesday morning someone arrived promptly and fixed the problem.
Excellent communications, and good follow-up

Have used them previously. They are not cheap. They have to come from the Midlands to undertake the work but they are reliable and solve the problem and come relatively quickly having analysed the problem in a methodical way. They are always courteous and available to talk to.

Made contact with Bora to advise of the fault. JES contacted immediately to arrange an appointment for an engineer.
JES confirmed the approximate time the afternoon before. Engineer confirmed the time on the morning too.
He arrived on the dot. Was professional, friendly and respectful of the new kitchen. Used protective cover's on worktops. Advised what he was doing to repair the downdraft. The hobs are flush mounted so he had to remove, repair and re silicone back in. He did a great job. Couldn't tell they'd been removed.

Friendly efficient service. Mark kept me informed of what he needed to do throughout the whole process, completing the job quickly and effectively.

After contacting Bora to report a fault on our Bore Pure Induction hob JES contacted us immediately and kept us informed when engineer could visit us.
Great service and engineer was very tidy and professional, explaining what he had replaced and made sure his pans and our pans worked sufficiently. Loved the Bora protector mats he used to protect kitchen unit and floor. Repair under warranty but would definitely use again if we need to in the future.

We had an engineer visit our home, he was polite, clean and efficient he explained what he was doing and we were very impressed with the service.

Michael arrived on the dot of 8am, he worked very quickly and efficiently, solving the problems with the hob. It now works as you would expect a Bora hob to.

Plenty of communication before hand so I knew when to be in for the appointment.
We had Michael who was polite, informative and showed the greatest respect to our property.
The are he was working was covered to protect the floor and made sure that all tools etc were not placed directly on worktops.
Overall I couldn't ask for anything more.

5 star service from JES reported fault on my Bora XBO oven on Wednesday afternoon, Mark the JES engineer on site the next day and provided and excellent service to resolve the issue. Can highly recommend the service and support provided.

Excellent service by Mark from Joint Electrical Services. Extremely knowledgeable about Bora and fixed the issue. Was very thorough and checked all elements of the induction hob.
Likewise the communication from Joint Electrical (Anne) was superb. They managed to fit my appointment in quickly and kept me up to date with timings of arrival.

Mark is very kind and friendly engineer. He is very knowledgeable and managed to resolve the issue with no further delay. Thank you for your service
