Westin Hood Repair

Mark and Joshua attended site to repair a cooker hood that hadn't worked from day one. Switched the fan motor out after a few teething problems getting the hood out of the cabinet. Nothing was too much trouble, would totally recommend JES for any appliance repairs in the future.

Thank you JES I would highly recommend your services ! From when the issue was raised with my Bora Induction hob, you kept in contact with me and right up until the service date I was given a small window for the call so didn't have to wait all day. Very friendly and professional.

Excellent communication and problem fixed

Very helpful customer service who arranged for my Bora hob to be fixed as quickly as possible, good communication from Anne and the engineer was friendly and sorted out the problem efficiently.

Bora Induction Hob Repair

Thank you to Joshua and JES for helping me out so close to Christmas.
I couldn’t fault the efficient service at all. I was kept informed, the engineer turned up on time as promised and was friendly, professional and fixed my hob!
Brilliant service.

Excellent Professional Service

From first contact with JES the service provided was excellent. Friendly & helpful advice. Once issue was identified an appointment with service engineer was made. The date was brought forward by a few days to the Friday which was extremely kind.
Thank you to all at JES. highly recommended.

Excellent service…

Over the years Joint Electrical Services have always carried out an excellent service for my 18 year old Mercury cooker. Problems always rectified, services leaving the cooker in pristine condition, expertise & skill from their engineers and it’s always a pleasure to deal with Anne over the phone for booking in, letting me know arrival time of the engineer and follow up call.

Bora recommended JES

Bora recommended JES after we accidentally damaged the glass on the hob. Mark the engineer attended promptly and replaced the glass and fitted a trim. Unbeknown to us the hob had not been fitted properly (not by JES!), Mark pointed this out and rectified the problem. Mark was very thorough, courteous and efficient.

Fabulous sevice

JES were appointed by Bora to fix an issue that we had on our Bora Pure S induction hob. It is almost new so it was an in warranty repair. All communication from them was top notch with no delays. The engineer (David) that came gave us a text to let us know he was 30 mins away.
When he arrived he made protecting worktops and flooring his first task. A nicer chap you will not meet.
Very knowledgeable regarding the product and a pleasure to chat with. He fixed the problem, checked everything out, made sure things were clean and went on his way. Many thanks JES, Anne Steele and David.

Good communication

Good communication, easy to get an appointment booked in. Engineer was friendly and quickly sorted the problem. Aftercare phone call was also appreciated.

Joint Electrical Services Ltd provides good service with knowledgeable and efficient engineers who are calm and clean. They ensure a seamless experience with text messages confirming time slots and tracking arrivals. The engineers, like Mark, are friendly and professional, and the communication from head office, especially from Anne, is thorough. However, the booking system could be faster; it can initially feel like requests aren't being addressed promptly. All in all, they provide reliable service once the booking process is complete.

JES super professional repair service

JES were fantastic in sorting an issue with my Bora hob. Great communication on when the engineer would arrive. The engineer was super professional and knowledgeable and resolved the issue with the hob which also needed engagement with my solar equipment vendor! Would recommend JES for their knowledge and expertise and the great care taken whilst resolving the issue. Thanks Michael!

Repair gas cooker

Two of the burners on my 10 year old Barazza gas cooker had stopped lighting. The JES engineer was excellent. Communicated time of arrival, took great care in removing the top of the entire gas cooker. Spent most of the afternoon fixing the problem. Cleaned up and took away waste material. Pleasant individual to have in the kitchen. I would thoroughly recommend.

Professional Outfit

Quite pricey, but very professional, competent service engineer arrived promptly and effected a necessary repair.
