I've been very impressed with the service offered to me by all members of the JES team when encountering problems with our new Bora X Pure hob.

Really good company. Extremely reliable and friendly and keep you up to date with times and dates.

Dave and Mark arrived on time (after being kept thoroughly informed by Anne) and made sure to protect all our flooring (unprompted) whilst working on our great old Mercury RC1090. They worked diligently and thoroughly to service it and repair a few niggling faults that had occurred since our last service. We are super grateful to them for giving us more use out of a wonderful kitchen appliance.

Appointment arranged for next day - I was kept fully updated of engineer’s arrival time. Michael was friendly, thorough and efficient. All kitchen surfaces, including floor, were covered to avoid any damage. My cooker hood is working perfectly again - great engineer and excellent customer service. Highly recommended

Visit to fix my hob was scheduled for less than a week from the initial report, contact and time frame given the day before by engineer and problem fixed on the day. Couldn’t ask for a better service from this friendly team! - A*

*GODIN* Any Godin cooker owners - these are the experts to call. Having struggled to find anyone who would fix my unusual, old cooker it was a relief to find Joint. Yes the cost was a little scary on first impressions. However, my engineers put in hour and hours of work to bring my old beast of a cooker back to life. They were extremely thorough and I feel confident we will now get a few years more out of the large range cooker now.

Great communication via emails and texts - thanks to Anne! I was kept up to date of when my technician would arrive. Technician (Michael) gave great recommendations and advice about my two ovens which he calibrated and thoroughly checked for any other faults/warning signs before leaving. Clean and tidy work, protecting my new floor and new kitchen worktops. Both ovens back to working perfectly. Thank you!

Well organised & professional company, engineer arrived on time and was engaging, polite and very knowledgeable. Was very thorough in his work, cleaned up afterward. Very pleased with service indeed and would highly recommend them.

The team at JES did everything they could to ensure our warrantee issues with our Bora Set Up were completed without further issue, travelling across the country twice. Everything works great and the team were clean efficient carrying out their work.
