Horrible customer service by one of the employees. I wish I had gotten her name. The dark skinned lady was so helpful. The Indian looking one had such a dismissive attitude. She made me feel like a criminal for trying to send my dad money.

What I thought was going to be a long drawn out process turned out to be such a smooth one. From my conversation with Andrew from the contact centre, who helped and advised me regarding the issue, which I acted upon via email, and to my surprise I received emails from the online Team Tahjae Smith. JN website is down far too much. This is a terrible service. They must reconsider whether they should be offering this service. This is a mature financial institution, surely they must be able to do better.
