Thank goodness that an insurance company that has broken the mould and doesn’t charge admin fee for changing your car

Process was very easy to change insurance of one cat to another. Even someone like me found the process easy and quick.

I changed my car this week simply changing make model and registration with a quote first was so simple on line.
Price until end of policy was excellent considering up grade in vehicle.

Will stay with moja if price does not increase excessively at renewable

All tye people i was in contact with were clear and helpful.. the only reason it lost a star was because i never spoke to the same person twice. Good work though.

It was very easy and quick to make the changes. I also liked that I wasn't penalised for changing my car!🙂

They rang back when they said they would. Satisfied all my enquiries, made the changes I required and didnt charge me. I normally change insurers after one year as they hike up the price in the 2nd year and rip you right off. Not Moja, this is my 2nd year and they were still the cheapest I could find. Thankfully, I havent had to make a claim yet, But so far I cannot complain. Thankyou

It would be nice to actually speak to someone,especially when the system fails when trying to change vehicles! Really frustrating!

Really simple and easy to understand great price over the moon

I contact support via the chat to get support with an issue on the website not allowing me to proceed to payment. I already have a quote for changes I wished to make and all I needed to do was pay.
I am asked if it is the same car I was trying to quote for the day before, I had quoted for 2 different cars the day before so I asked if it was (Registration number). This was ignored and i was simply asked if it was the car from yesterday, I say yes because I had quoted for that car the day before. I then get a copy-Pasted message saying they cannot offer me a quote for that car. I again ask which car they are referring to as I am ready to pay for the quote I have, already on the screen. This chat does not go further due to a browser crash on my side.
I decide to contact support via the FAQ page to make the changes manually. Without any consideration of which car I am trying to quote for, I get the same copy-pasted message as a reply with no other details.
I reply to try and confirm the car I wish to change to and am palmed off to the chat on the website again.

I use the chat and get the same copy-pasted message FOR THE THIRD TIME. I then had to push AGAIN to say that I had a quote for my changes to finally get into making the changes that I needed to.
A painful experience all over being sent post to pillar with support staff that don’t even read or comprehend the messages I send them

Communication is good from the start.
User experience is straightforward.
Platform is easy to use.
Can't comment on anything else as I haven't had to use it.

I have cancelled the policy and am still getting these emails
