Great and secure way to send money to…
Great and secure way to send money to Jamaica for your family and friends. It can be picked up at several locations including the JN bank. The only problem I have is they do not have an app for easier online transactions

Great Service When It Works, But Reliability Needs Improvement
I've used JN Send Money Online for quite some time, and when the platform is working, it's an excellent service. Transactions are easy to complete, and sending money is quick and convenient.
My biggest concern is reliability. The platform occasionally goes down, sometimes for several days at a time, with no clear way for customers to report the issue. When I call the toll-free customer service number, the representatives are often unaware that there is a problem with the platform, which can be very frustrating.
I would give this service a higher rating if JN improved communication during outages and provided a better way for customers to report technical issues. Overall, it's a great service when it's operational, but the downtime and lack of communication need significant improvement.
