Wonderful experience with the company so far. Really prompt to come out and very thorough with the survey and treatment for a mouse problem. Hopefully it will all pay off!! Professional and efficient
Jamie was very professional and efficient today, and did a thorough job. Bedbugs are a nightmare, but JG have never demanded more money for follow-ups within guarantee. The one thing I would say could be improved are their office comms: please ditch the AI phone agent! When we speak to the humans that work there, things go smoothly and everyone has been professional, polite and understanding, but the AI fails to understand us and doesn't get the nuances of what's been going on, so it always requires discussion anyway.
We really hope we don't need JG again, but we'd use them again if necessary!

Only had 1 visit so far
Well we have only had one visit so far and that was to lay bait boxes but jordan was very polite and explain everything very clearly to us so we could understand and also gave us tips to help us in the future. We shall see if the bait boxes worl to get rid of the mice and i will leave another review but im liking the company so far!

Chris phoned ahead to give his ETA. He then turned up on time. He was very friendly and helpful. He took time to explain things to us and offered his views on possible causes. He was very careful to be clean and considerate as he worked.
