Huge thanks to the team at Jewellery Repairs and especially Jasmine for the brilliant communication and great service. Unfortunately, they couldn’t repair my earrings due to the type of metal which didn’t weld properly, but they let me know straight away and returned the earrings to me within a few days and with a full refund. Will definitely use them again!

Had two rings resized that previously had to be cut off the finger for being too tight. Fabulous work - you can't tell they been changed at all - they look like new.

I had a piece of broken jewellery, very sentimental to me and quite expensive but I haven’t been able to wear it for 15 years. I decided to take a punt and so happy I did.
