Jewellery Repairs UK is a quite outstanding company in my opinion. Jason's repair to my wife's engagement ring has made it look better than new, Jasmine's regular communications throughout kept me fully informed and the cost was extremely reasonable.
The company has been an absolute delight to deal with and I have no hesitation in recommending it to others.

I found this company online and maybe like others I was dubious about sending my daughters ring to them however this worry was totally unfounded as their service from start to finish was outstanding and their cost was just over a 1/3 of the price I was quoted by the jewellery store where I bought the ring from. On it's return the repair and work carried out was outstanding the ring looked brand new. Throughout Jasmine kept me updated and answered any questions I had so if you are looking for a first class job I would recommend this company if I ever require any jewellery repaired again they will be my first port of call so thanks for everything and your assistance Jasmine

I sent my wife's necklace to Jewellery Repairs UK for repair. The company kept us fully informed of cost, when they would carry out the repair, approx. how long it would take and when they were ready to return it. They stuck religiously to their word. My wife now has her necklace returned and she just cannot tell were it was broken. The workmanship is brilliant obviously carried out by a true professional. Very efficient and I was informed from the start with progress. They emailed informing of envelope being posted, let me know they had received it, sent a total invoice and then let me know when it had been dispatched. I found this small business online as I was looking for somewhere to repair my Links of London sweetie bracelet. It had been sitting, broken, in a drawer for years, completely unwearable. From my initial
contact with them I received such a brilliant, friendly service. They kept me well informed of how the postal service worked and at a very reasonable price. I received my repaired bracelet back, looking as good as new. I would thoroughly recommend them.

I was a little worried about sending my broken bracelet off to an unknown company in the post but the process worked like clockwork - Jewellery Repairs UK confirmed receipt and kept me updated every stage of the way. The bracelet was returned as good as new and nicely polished. I would definitely use this company again and highly recommend them.

Initially, I was skeptical, however, the communication was efficient, precise and comforting. The bag arrived promptly through the post as promised and once payment has been made, I received another email informing me that my bracelet would now be repaired. The finished product was amazing. I came across this company when I was searching for jewellery repairs as I hadn't found anyone locally and I like the fact it seemed a small business who made the process easy so I sent off for the envelope. I had some hesitation sending off my jewellery for a quote but it appeared reputable.
