Hi Jo, I don't say this to embarrass you, but your item was a pre-order item. In the description, it did say when it would be shipped and was due to ship Early August and we actually shipped the item ahead of schedule. we shipped it july 24th and you received it in New zealand July 30th. So to be very honest, it was shipped quicker than it should have been. Sadly its looks by your comment on shipping, you hadn't read the description and understood the timeframe of the charm you ordered, as it's came before the date we had said it would be shipped and a PRE-ORDER item. This must be Understood to Put your review into context for others reading the review. Sorry if this contradicts your comment but we also have to protect our company from misleading reviews

What an absolutely beautiful charm and well worth the wait. The charm has so much detail and and will make a great addition to my daughter’s bracelet. It is even better than expected and the seller was extremely responsive and provided great customer service. Highly recommended!

I really appreciated being advised that Paddington wasn’t being made anymore and only a few left. I was able to get a couple more for my Granddaughters. Delivery was only a few days too which was great.
