Can’t see any results and they just keep shipping…. I have tried for months to cancel. No way to reach them. Called the number attached to charge repeatedly and was told they weren’t able to cancel subscriptions and Jena-well doesn’t have a phone number but only email. I emailed the address given to me with no response. Don't open site even to look. To order trial it quickly turned order into subscription and I could not change it.
I believe this is a scam. Packaging has no info on company.

Same thing as everyone else. I ordered a 3 month supply and did not subscribe. I received another charge. There is no way to login. I emailed customer service and my complaint has been “escalated”. I still have not heard anything.

Repeating what others have said. I ordered one month. It did not work for me- in fact made me feel sick. Got more gummies without ordering. To save a hassle, I thought I would just pay and cancel. I wrote 3 times to cancel. Then I got another charge.THIS IS CLEARLY FRAUDULENT. It's stealing. Don't try this product without realizing you're stuck.

***SCAM ALERT***I ordered 3mo supply, got billed for another 2 months within 2 weeks. Then tried to cancel, had to request a "magic link" in order to cancel subscription. Then when I requested to get a refund for the product, they said I had to mail it back at my expense. fine. They sent it to me in Florida from New Jersey. Yet the address to send it back to was in Australia??? $200 to mail it back? This company is a TOTAL SCAM!!!

Order a three month supply, and then another email order came and I guess I was slammed with a subscription I had no knowledge of. I asked them to cancel said subscription, but they said they could not. I would have to do it on their website, but unable to ever open a website for Jevawell. I'm emailing back and forth and seems to be getting no where with this subscription cancellation... Can't access a website to cancel myself. I wish I would have been more mindful of this Scam Company.

I ordered a 3 month subscription for $59.99. I was excited to get my gut back to normal. It took almost 3 weeks to get delivered. Then after 5 days of taking them, I get charged another $59.99 for another 3 month subscription.
There's no disclaimer stating they would charge after 30 days and I never thought to check because I just got my 3 month supply.
They won't give me a refund for their mistake. It's like their just taking my money? My money for my chemotherapy payment nonetheless. They're awful. Do not do business with bad people. It's not worth it. You can't even cancel your subscription on the website, you have to contact them. Where their words are much louder than their actions.

I ordered 3 months ago and asked cancel the 2nd month. Then I asked again the 3rd month. Each time saying they are sorry to see me go. Now here is the 4th month and I received notice that they are sending again. I call this BS. This is indeed a scam. Well im going to try and see what happens when I return this one. Grrrrr

I ordered the Jevawell gummies on 6/16/2026.
Within 15 minutes of the order, I sent a cancellation request. The instructions indicated the order would be cancelled if requested within an hour of the order.
I received another order today 7/28/2026 and immediately contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge. I attempted to contact Jevawell by phone at the number provided by my credit card company: 602-448-9682. The recorded message is from Verizon wireless indicating the party is not available. I have searched unseccessfully, the internet, for contact information on Jevawell at the address indicated on the recent order shipping label:

I cancelled my order and then 30days later got billed again. They said I signed up for a subscription and only cancelled the original order!. First, had no idea I signed up for a subscription and this is a flaw on their end. Cancel means Cancel!!!! Now they want me to pay return postage on something I never ordered and cancelled.!!!

I did not know that this was a continuing subscription to their product. When I tried to cancel the second shipment they said they cannot cancel it after it has been processed. I did not receive an email until after they processed the order. Then I want to get my money back because the product doesn't work for me and they made it impossible to do that. So, I'm stuck with two orders and I can't seem to be able to get my money back!

Sure wish I had read reviews before hand!!! What everyone says is true they take it upon themselves to “ sign” you up for subscription ( fraud) then it’s impossible to cancel… how many gummies can you use at one a day… I’m 80 for heavens sakes… do the right thing and just cancel me !!

If there was a minus key I would have chosen it. It is impossible to cancel a subscription. Their website just says “unavailable”. I will have to cancel my debit card and change auto pay with a half dozen companies. Such a pain.

I ordered this product, then on the advice of my doctor, decided not to take it as it could interact with other supplements I was taking. I reached out to get a refund and was told that I would have to pay shipping plus a 25% restocking fee. The cheapest shipping cost was over $63, more than the product, because the return address I was given was in Australia! Nowhere on their website does it say that. Below is what it says about returns.

TOTAL SCAM!!!

This product is the biggest SCAM out there!

Doesn’t work as advertised and extremely misleading business practices. They advertise a 60-day satisfaction guarantee, but they only honor 30 days. In addition to that, the consumer is responsible for return shipping costs which costs almost as much as the product. Complete scam.

Scam. Bought gummies, they charged me for them again a month later. When I tried to dispute it, their website link stopped working.

I want to cancel this order and there is no way to do that. Service is awful

Taste great. Literally did NOTHING else. I spent $60 and I live quite modestly so that is a bit of money for me but I was so hopeful these would help me. When I attempted their "100% satisfaction hassle free returns" I discovered that's not true and was offer 20%, or take pictures of shipping label, pay for shipping, pay for shipping tracking and THEN I would get my refund. Do NOT BUY FROM THESE "PEOPLE". They sell expensive candy.
