DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING from this company! I placed a one time purchase and they automatically signed me up for subscription. I've sent 2 emails (July & August) to cancel this as I did NOT sign up for a subscription, yet they never reply.

Do not purchase this product, they mask the fact that they’re signing you up for a repeatable subscription on the initial purchase and then charge your account for repeatable orders. They’ve also set up their website so that it’s impossible to cancel the subscription yourself you end up battling it out with a customer support officer over email to get it cancelled where they go back and forth trying to get you to keep the purchases going. It’s like a gym membership horror story….

Like several other customers have shared, I purchased these gummies as a 1 time purchase. Somehow it became an unwanted subscription for a product that does not work as advertised. I have sent 2 emails requesting to cancel the subscription that I did not sign up for, and no response. Their customer service is awful. Next step is going to my bank to dispute the charges.

I never ordered this! When I received a shipment out of the blue, I wrote to them and told them I never ordered it, and to be sure to cancel any subscription. They refused to cancel! And replied that I had to give it a chance to work! Today I have been charged AGAIN. A THIRD time, for something I never ordered and made clear when I received it that I wanted no more. This is blatant FRAUD

This company is a scam!! DO NOT BUY!!! Will for sure keep getting automated charges even after you cancel. Gggrrrrr

I signed up for what was supposed to be a 1 time shipment. Then a second shipment came without my authorization. The product hasn't done what is claimed. Anyway, currently in the throws of cancelling and I'll probably have to request a new credit card from my bank if I don't get a cancellation with confirmation #. Don't order anything from this company!

Their customer service is very good! I had a problem and they got back to me in minutes! Gladys and Sophie go above and beyond! My only complaint was once you get locked in to their automatic shipment and payment it’s hard to get out! I don’t blame Sophie or Gladly’s I should have read fine print!

DO NOT BUY! This is a "subscription," for which they almost immediately after the first long delayed shipment is "on it's way," but in order to cancel the subscription, you must first submit an application, then return at your cost to AUSTRALIA with a trackable shipment, after which they will not answer your emails very promptly at all. They PROMISED me that they would send me a DOMESTIC return address to which I could return the 2nd shipment, but after three weeks, the charge is still on my credit card and I have never received the promised domestic return addres.. SCAMMERS.

I didn’t realize when I purchased my order for this that it was a subscription. My first order took 2-3 weeks to come in, and unfortunately didn’t work for me. The website isn’t great, so I had to contact several people within the company just to cancel my accidental subscription. The people I contacted though were very nice and understanding.

Gummies made no difference for digestion. Terrible customer service. Ordered 3 month supply and they then charged me one month later and shipped another three month supply. They said I signed up for subscription to get price. Maybe I did but why would I elect to get a 3 month supply monthly? Then I tried to return it. It was a week of back and forth emails. Finding my account or answers on their site is almost impossible. They had to send me a link because I could not find access on their site. For returns, no address on their site so I shipped product back to address on package. Guess what, after I shipped back product, they sent me an out of the country address to return product to. Once I shared the tracking confirmation they said sorry, we can't reimburse you because you mailed it to wrong address. Overall, I feel like this company is not transparent on anything. Terrible customer experience!

The product did not help at all after a month and they automatically enrolled me in a subscription I did not authorize. And I still have not been able to get a hold of anyone to cancel it.

I've been taking the Jevawell gummies for about a month now, and have been able to stop using Miralax completely. I have slow motility and spend most of my time in a wheelchair, so I do need two gummies a day. The ordering is a bit odd in that the package says "one a day", there are 30 in a bag, they send you three bags at a time, and then send you three bags every month. The math doesn't math, as they say nowadays. However, I did contact customer support about canceling my subscription because my husband recently lost his job. Gladys responded quickly and offered me the option of pausing the subscription for up to 60 days or of switching to an every 2-month or 3-month subscription plan in order to keep the initial discount, which is substantial and makes the price of the gummies quite reasonable compared to many other similar products. I chose to pause it for 60 days until I see what happens with my husband. But to say they have terrible customer service is patently untrue. Maybe they have some customers that fly off the handle and don't give customer service a dadgum minute to help them.

Run, do not walk, as far from these people as you can. Crap product, horrible service, misrepresentation, and unethical. Still going back and forth to get a refund, and it’s insane.

Do not buy from this company. I ordered my first order and emediately canceled it. What they didnt tell me that my subscription is was still ongoing smeven though i said i am not interested. They send another package and now i am stuck paying the shipping costs really poor customer service. Do not buy!

I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel other customers should know what happened.

I signed up for a trial of Jevawell Kombucha Gummies. After using them for a month, I experienced absolutely no benefit, so I contacted customer support to cancel my subscription.

Instead of cancelling, I was persuaded to continue and was specifically told that my second shipment would be skipped.

IT WASN'T.

My credit card was charged anyway.

I contacted them IMMEDIATELY I saw the charge (same day) asking them to cancel it and refund me. I was told the order was "already processed" but that I could return the unopened product for a full refund. I specifically checked this before agreeing.

Only after it arrived was I told that I would have to pay for tracked international return postage at my own expense in order to receive that refund. That important detail was never disclosed when I was assured I would receive a "full refund."

Their solution? Offer me 20% to keep a product that I had already cancelled and never wanted.

This isn't really about the gummies, which did absolutely nothing at all except cost me a fortune. My main issue is about the customer service.

They don't honour their 60-day trial. If you rely on what you're told by customer support, be aware that you may later discover additional costs that weren't mentioned. And if you're an international customer, returning a product can cost a significant amount, making the advertised money-back guarantee far less valuable than it first appears.

I really hope this review helps others make an informed decision before signing up for a subscription with these scam artists.

The order took weeks to arrive and the origin was carefully masked. The initial order was 12 weeks worth and they would have shipped more within two weeks if arrival. It took 10 emails to force them to cancel the subscription that they initially said didn't exist. All that being said I'm fairly convinced that these are nothing but plain candy containing none of the therapeutic ingredients on the label. I'd like to see what a food lab would say about this scam product. It's been 30 days and there is ZERO indication they do anything but rot your teeth and increase your blood sugar.

Like many, shortly after receiving my first order I received a confirmation email of the next shipment. I did not realize that I had signed up for and don’t believe I had signed up for a recurring subscription. Tremendous difficulty canceling that subscription and was told that I could not cancel the order that was in process. I was told that I would be able to return the product once I received it. I continue to get messages about keeping the product at a discounted rate and finally received a return shipping address to Australia, even though the company is in the United States and the shipment was from the United States. I will be disputing this charge with my credit card. I cannot in good conscience recommend Jevawell.

Update August 20. After initiating a dispute with my credit card company yesterday, today I received a very polite and kind email from the company stating that they would be refunding my credit card for the full amount of this product. Please note that I did not have issue with the product. we simply had chosen to replace kombucha Gummies with homemade kefir.

Not happy with the product! Cannot get through to the company to cancel the order and my subscription. I have reached out 3 times and no response. Time to reach out to the Better Business Bureau!!!!

The "hassle free returns" are a hassle with this company. Also, asubscription is created even if you dont create it!

They take forever to ship and then within a week of receiving the first order you are charged for another three month supply. Their website only works ten percent of the time. So it is almost impossible to get log in and cancel, look at the status of your order, or see if there's a subscription, and when it would be shipped next and you would be charged. They're slow to respond in emails and then send you links that are supposed to take you to their website, but again, the website only works ten percent of the time.
