Excellent service and excellent quality thanks

I ordered next day delivery,not noticing it was too late, but I was still charged.

Delivery was very prompt! The products are of good quality and the copper colour okay though shinier than hoped for though nonetheless still effective. On hindsight I wish I’d purchased a paint on version instead of spray, to enable more control on the covered area instead I had to mask off.

Good product but poor service. Very disappointed that I paid extra for a Saturday delivery but their package did not arrive until the following week.....

Exterior paint so far so good.
Reasonable price, delivery took 2 days from order.
Paint applied to (exterior) wood that had been primed with Rustins spirit-based 'aluminium' wood primer. The primer was allowed to dry for 4 nice summer days before applying the Jenolite Exterior Door Paint.
No nasty paint reaction, application good. Feels harder than Valspar spray using a calibrated fingernail to try and scratch. Certainly dries quicker than Valspar. Neither of the paints flake at this early stage.
(Difficult to give 5 stars as I have no idea about longer-term durability)

I called Jenolite to establish which type to use after the 15 year old 500 ml plastic container of Jenolite had been used up.
Advice was first class and well presented by the gentleman on the line.
I subsequently ordered another 500 ml now in an aluminium container.
Product works well!

Sent out and delivered quickly. I opted for the smallest quantity of brush-on as I was only restoring an old steel bar stool which was very rusty and it did the job perfectly.

Bought this product to clean an old petrol tank, all i can say is WOW what a product!!! it has done an amazing job!!!!!

I found the product easy to use, safe & immediately effective.

Easy to put on but very runny, be careful not to go over areas already painted as it dries differently. Had an all day bbq in it 2 days after painting and not sign of any bubbling or peeling.

Answered my Initial query promptly with good advice. Ordering straight forward, Delivery quick, all at a realistic price. Task I needed it for now complete! Thanks

Order date passed without delivery of product. I rang a few days later and was told unfortunately the spray can I ordered was still in the dispatch area. I received an apology and was advised it would be sent by courier that day. I received the spray can the following day. Very pleased with the product and although there was a slip up at the beginning I would use them again.

Order arrived timeously and in good order.
Paint gives good coverage and finish, will definitely purchase again.
