Got the wrong size for my pair of jeans that I ordered and after a long wait to talk to customer service, I didn't receive any compensation. Won't order from them again. I've bought from them before but have recently experienced a worsening in the company overall.

I ordered a pair of jeans during sale and I got an order confirmation. When I had not heard from them in 8 days I contacted them and asked the status of my order. They then said that it was cancelled because they had run out of stock. This was information that I received when I contacted them, they had not contacted me and informed about this. They then gave me a 15% discount on my next order (the sale was on 50%). Not that there is going to be a next order from me

This was my first time ordering from Jeanerica, and it was a huge disappointment. I placed an order during a sale and didn’t hear anything for several days. I finally had to reach out myself to ask what was going on. Only after that did I receive a vague automated message saying my order was canceled—no explanation, no apology.

I contacted them again to understand what happened, and only then did they explain there had been a technical issue. By that point, the item I ordered was out of stock. As a “solution,” they offered me a 15% discount code—which barely covers their very expensive shipping fees. That offer honestly felt like a joke.

What’s most frustrating is how little accountability they took. As a customer—especially a new one—I shouldn’t have to chase down information or be penalized for a mistake on their end. Given the time and effort spent choosing the right size and making a considered (and expensive) purchase, this kind of brush-off feels disrespectful.

As a new customer, I expected more. It’s not just about the product, but about how a brand treats its buyers when something goes wrong. In this case, Jeanerica made it clear that customer satisfaction is not their priority. I won’t be ordering again.

Trying to return Jeanerica jeans is a nightmare. So many attempts but their website doesn’t work.

I’ve purchased from Jeanerica before and was initially quite happy with the products. Unfortunately, that satisfaction didn’t last long, as the jeans began showing significant wear and tear much faster than I expected. While I can tolerate some wear over time, this level of deterioration is unacceptable—especially considering the high price.

Recently, I bought another pair from them, and I have to say, I was extremely disappointed. Shipping alone was €13.50, and I live in Denmark. When the jeans arrived, they didn't look like the pictures. While that might just be due to how they fit my body, they appeared and felt cheap. The fabric was incredibly thin and didn’t feel like real denim. For €220, I expected far better quality!

The main reason I’ve bought from them in the past is that they offer a length 34 without increasing the waist size. However, after this experience, I won’t be purchasing from them again.

The fit of Vintage 62 is just perfect on me. Love them❤️

Returned buying at Jeanerica because I was quite happy with my first purchase. Bought a different model, same size, but fit was completely off. Had to return, and they charged 30 (!) euros return cost because I bought in Archive Sale, and already paid €20 for shipping because of sale (where it's normally free). I did not expect Jeanerica to screw over their customers like this and make profit on returns. Paid 50 euros shipping costs for nothing. Will never buy again.
2 stars because I was happy with my other purchases, although I think only in sales these jeans are worth to buy, otherwise too expensive for what you get.
