Japan March 2026 trip
The company promptly responded once our day trip for Nara and Kyoto sighted seeing was booked, and we had some issue with payment between Yenn and $ and they accommodated my request promptly.
The Tour guide showed up promptly in the morning and took us to all the places, he was nice and gentle and polite and indulged in nice conversation and keeping us engaged

We would like to say how very efficient the service has been. We booked a transfer from Tokyo to Kyoto with Japan Ichiban Tours as we had too much luggage to manage on the train! They replied almost instantly to my questions and have been excellent all the way through. Today, our driver, Nicki, arrived in good time, having already sent a message to introduce himself. He was very polite and helpful and gave us a very smooth ride. We are most grateful to Japan Ichiban Tours for organising this for us and to Nicki for getting us here safely and for being so thoughtful.

Great experience we had in Osaka
Great experience we had in Osaka. Visited iconic sights in Nara, Kyoto and toured Osaka’s Dotonburi. Raza is a wonderful tour guide, and he was generous in sharing his knowledge of Japanese history and landmarks to us. He was humble, funny, polite and respectful. We enjoyed the beautiful sights, made possible by this wonderful five star tour experience.

Fast response and very easy to communicate through WhatsApp to discuss n confirm itinerary
Ali was very punctual and will advise if itinerary needs amendment on actual day. He was always fast to reply when I need the car. Fetched us to grab food on the way back to Shinjuku knowing it was late in Shinjuku and hard to get food by the time we reach.

First off the tour company is so…wonderful and seamless booking
First off the tour company is so accommodating and responsive via email, it was seamless, easy to book and be able to customize my experience. We opted in for a driver to take us to 3 different places, it was ambitions but Usman made it happen. Usman was very knowledgeable and kind, taking photos of my mother and I, truly caring about his guests. We made it to the Yamanakako ice candle and sky lantern festival! It was a perfect day filled with great food and even better memories. Thank you Usman so much for making us feel safe & ensuring we had a wonderful day.
