From the time we left our hotel our to began. Attary is so knowledgeable he provided so much information from Tokyo, MT. Fuji to Hakone he pointed out landmarks, shrines, temples, forest. He gave our family so much details we feel like we can pass a Japan history test. The best part of the tour he helped us setup the perfect spot for our son to propose. Made a stop for us to secretly buy flowers. I can't thank him enough for making it special. By far one of the best tour guides we've encountered.

We had a wonderful Mount Fuji tour today with Atarri. We were a group of four and really enjoyed the experience. He explained everything very well, was very polite and friendly, and also clicked beautiful pictures for us. Thank you for making our trip so memorable!

The Best Private and Customised Tour company in Japan.

No doubt these guys are giving special treatment to all tourists and giving services in each corner of japan. We had a family tour with them for 10 days and no doubt we all can say that these were the best days of our life. Milkyway Tours arranged everything for us in Tokyo, osaka, Kyoto and Hiroshima.

This company is not trustworthy. We booked a tour with them and they did not show until 4.5 hours later. Our trip was ruined because we were counting on them, as we had booked and payed. As soon as we did pay, they disappeared and were not in contact to confirm and follow through. This company is not trustworthy like you feel you would be in Japan.

We used Milkyway tours in Tokyo to Mt.Fuji and in Osaka to Kyoto. And transfers to shinkansen and airports. They were always on time and professional. The drivers were very informative about the tours and respectful. We had a wonderful experience with them and would recommend them anytime. Thank you
