Its so great..ive learned a lot.easy to get the certification because they are on time..

I needed two more CEU's for a renewal requirement for my inspector's certificate. After completing the course, it was discovered that the course work credits were not accepted in Wisconsin. This process took several weeks to figure out, and Jade ended up refunding the course fee, which was appreciated, but I did waste 4 hours with the course. Not pleased.

Even though your site says I completed my 7 hours of class apparently your transmission to the state of Florida only had 6 hours. Can only imagine how much grief I’m going to have straighten this out.

did not like the new way you have your tests

The scope of work was fine. The problem was with the test itself. You couldn’t keep the test questions and multiple choice answers open while reading the reference material to choose the correct answer. I wound up taking a picture with my phone of the questions so I can view it while looking for the correct answer.

i was unable to open and use your training .
i paid for it and that was as far as it would let me go, that said i used a different vendor to get my continuing education hours.

Jade learning made it easy overall, frome studying, to test taking, from navigating in and out of different articles,stop/save progress. Enjoyed Jade Learning for my California Electrician renewal certificate. Thank you.

The new format for the electric continuing education was/is not as user friendly as the older format.

It took multiple calls and emails to get certification for completion of the class.

Takes care of business

The quality of information was JADE Learnings normal good quality. What I didn't like was the new AI instructor. I would always prefer to learn from a human.

Easy to use, and understand. Like that we can come back to where we left off at any point.

Easy to move through the courses and test were on point with study guides. Certificates were professional and made easier for me to take to my renewal site.

It was very informative

I have used Jade in the past and been pleased. This year while trying to maintain multiple licenses in different states I had missed a couple. Jade was very helpful in helping me figure out what other courses I needed to complete my CEU's.

Since CEUs are a requirement, I usually look for NEC updates or revisions, then choose a newer added section where I need to improve my knowledge. I found the solar interesting and informative, and even though the Jade format has changed over the years they have maintained a good balance between content and value.

The chapter audio option was the deciding factor. Tired of sitting around taking CE classes. I work and listen. No loss of time and $$. Just pause and take the chapter test. One earbud while I work and get my CE done. Brilliant !
