I paid but was not able to login to the new site
had to used the competition to do my 4 hours refresher .

Since the acquisition of Jade by Certus, the redesigned platform is not as intuitive or user friendly. Calling customer service to answer questions is now an experience in frustration, as many CS reps were hard to understand and acted as though they were being bothered. Also, the reporting of completed hours was not done as quickly as before. Unfortunately after having used Jade for 24 years, I will be using a different CE provider in the future.

Jade made it easy for me to do my continuing ED from my couch!

Very easy app to use. Never any issues while in use. I like that your certificate is ready as soon as you complete the program.

The fact that you changed your format from answering questions to just basically reading code to us saddened me. It's the lack of interaction that bothered me, compared to the old way that held my interest. That's it in a nutshell.

The program was easy to navigate.
Much easier to learn and retain new code changes in this manner then listening to someone lecture.

Use you yearly for CEU update, always teaches what I need to stay updated on, will continue using

Any course I've had to take through JADE learning has been great. it's easy and I go at my own speed.

Instructor was very knowledgeable and entertaining.

I was able to work on the lessons at my pace and from home.

The reason for this score is due to the fact I had to call several times to the licensing bureau as well as to JADE. JADE did not send in my hours to Kentucky when I completed the courses.

I have been using jade learning for the last 20 years. apparently under new management? Not competitive and to difficult to work with any more. I will no longer be using their service!!!!
