We bought and sold with Jacobs Steel - West Worthing branch on the sale and Worthing on the purchase. Everyone we dealt with throughout the process was extremely professional and helpful.

It's clear they have an in-depth knowledge of the local market and consulted with us on the best strategies to achieve our desired outcome. They were easy to deal with, friendly and their communication was excellent.

The whole team has been absolutely fantastic. All of them and I can’t remember names to mention individually. However Rachel in particular has gone above and beyond to help me. I won’t ever forget that. What a very hard and emotional experience and rachel has just been my go to person that has made everything ok!

We used Jacobs Steel to find us a commercial tenant for our newly refurbished offices. We could not have asked for a more professional service and an excellent tenant. We were kept udated with all viewings and given feedback after each viewing. I could not any find fault.

My parents passed away, so we were selling their property. Greg dealt with what was a very emotional process superbly. He was very empathetic and personable when we initially met and that's what made us choose Jacob Steel. Throughout he always had time to talk through things and didn't hurry or rush us to make decisions. The way he handled the sale was great and he went the extra mile. The house sold quickly and negotiations between the buyer and us were seamless. Rachel the Sales Progressor was very efficient and made the sale go through really easy without any trouble.

The whole team at the Goring Road branch are very friendly but with a natural manner as opposed to the slick, shallow and sharp threaded approach you often get with many agents. Advice was honest and in my view correct when it came to setting a sale price. Being a shared ownership sale it was more complex and time consuming but was still completed within about 20 weeks from going to market and completion despite some tardy work by solicitors involved in the short chain of three. The head of the team was very good at chasing things up across the chain. It's a stressful process but in the end it all went well.

The Manager and staff were particularly helpful to my sister in law who had never sold a property in her life she is over 65 and not used to paperwork. They managed all the viewings and then gave her expert advice on which was the best purchaser to accept an offer from. Through the whole process, they gave her support and confidence to make decisions and ensure all the forms and documents were completed. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
