Jacksons Nurseries Bewertungen

Plants were well described on website with plenty of info and pictures. Received in good order and well packaged, plants look great, very healthy and well developed, fabulous roots.

Personal quick service. Very well cared for specimen delivered within 24hrs. Always used Jacksons when living local to them, now living 100 miles away, first port of call for a hard to find garden shrub.

Excellent service.

Dr G Conwy.

First time used Jackson nursery online to order plants heather plants are Exalent very pleased with service and staff on phone were very kind and patient with us.

Have used these regularly. Always good service and great plants. Last order contained 4 plants worth around £50 which did not grow/take. With accompanying photo Jacksons replaced these with 4 excellent replacements. Great customer service and also a good variety of plants to choose from.

Plants are easil located due to alphabetic signage. In good condition. Plants have indicators of what conditions they like, not always the case with a nursery.
Wide selection.
Staff pleasant and helpful.
Only downside was location. Lot of narrow twisting roads from north. However well worth it. Will try their postal service next time.
The cafe was popular as well.

Not surprised at the positive feedback this nursery is receiving. The 5 roses (Rosa rugosa Roseraie de l'Hay) arrived very well packaged and in excellent condition, next day delivery. They are a good size and healthy. Friendly customer service over the phone.

Bought a rose with my father's name. It arrived really quickly and was a really nice sized plant and is in absolutely tip top condition. Absolutely delighted.

Ordered 7 trees at a really affordable price. I therefore had pretty low expectations, but when they arrived I was WOWed! Really well packed, really good quality trees. I would say the delivery team didn't do a great job. When they opened the back of the truck one box was fully on it's side and the others were a bit leaning over. But due to the amazing packing the trees came out unscathed. Will definitely buy from here again!!

Thank you so much Jacksons Nurseries! The Acer Pulmatum Linearilobum arrived beautifully and securely packed in perfect condition today. As you had indicated under a week after I ordered it! I have searched for this tree for a long time and this specimen is perfect.
We really appreciate the excellent and efficient service we have received from you. The whole process of ordering on line and your response since you received my order has been brilliant. We are also impressed with the efficient delivery service APC who kept us informed just as you said they would!

Beautiful plant Exochorda the bride. Arrived in great condition.

Our son ordered a plant for his mother for Mothering Sunday but it failed to grow. We contacted Jacksons Nurseries who requested we send a photo. Upon receipt, they happily agreed to replace it without any discussion and a healthy plant was delivered on the agreed date and is thriving.
Excellent customer service and helpful attitude of staff involved.

Fantastic all round. Plants arrived in a good and healthy condition and on time. Great packaging. Kept upto date with order via email.

Beautiful wintergreen plants, well packed, promptly delivered. They are a gift for a friend, so extra glad for good products and service. thank you!

I bought a collection of plants for a sunny border. Really pleased with the quality of the plants, which arrived quickly and well packaged. I would highly recommend.

Excellent quality plants. They come extremely well packed and delivered by efficient delivery companies.

I am in the Highlands of Scotland and have been ordering plants, bulbs etc. on line for a number of years. This is the first time I have ordered from Jackson Nurseries, as one of the plants I wanted was not available through my usual suppliers. However, it certainly will not be last.
My plants arrived in an excellent condition. I normally expect them to be a little 'tired' due to the journey, however these plants looked like I had just collected them from a garden centra/plant supplier.
I was kept fully informed of the status and delivery of my order and the courier was exceptional.
I can thoroughly recommend Jackson Nurseries.

Having now received a few orders from Jacksons Nurseries, I can say how pleased I am with the way the plants are packed, all arrived safely with DPD. Highly recommend.

Excellent services & products
Hayden gave very good advice on which magnolia plants were suitable for my gardens. I ordered them online and they arrived promptly & in very good condition. I would order from them again without hesitation.

Needed 3 exactly matching Irish yews for planting in a formal location. Unable to visit in person to choose them from stock as live a very long way from nursery. They selected the best similar ones for me and sent photo of the three, setting them aside for a few days for me to approve. All good, with a much better price and size than I was quoted by several other nurseries. Very helpful service by email/phone was much appreciated.

Really good customer service, quick delivery, no damage to the plant in transit due the excellent packaging, and my mum was delighted with her lovely birthday rose! I would definitely use this company again.
