Awful customer support
Awful customer support. They don't answer the phone, don't return emails. They blame everything on the virus but their online service was bad before Covid 19. I use to like their retail store service, that was excellent but buying on line is a nightmare...

Jackrabbit is headed downhill
Charged my credit card 20 days ago, only shipped a partial order with no explanation or notice. Phone support only directs to online support. Sent email to online support over 10 days ago only a generic automated response saying they got the email. Previously been satisfied With Jackrabbit, looks like it’s going downhill. COVID or not this is irresponsible customer service.
Poor service
With no shipping label attached, to return any item during this pandemic time is difficult and risky. Their customer service replied me with some copies of their return policy and let me find answer in it, without addressing my concern at all.

I ordered a HydroFlask bottle from JackRabbit. The package was delivered in a plastic bag without any protection. I immediately noticed a dent in the bottle and included a picture to this email for further evidence. In addition, I only received 3 out 4 items ordered, BUT WAS CHARGED FOR ALL 4 ITEMS.
It has been a week and they have yet to reply to my emails. I called customer service only to get an automated voice message instructing me send them an email!

I could give 0 stars.This company shouldn't exist. They cancelled my half order without any notice or information.When i finally got my the other half was nothing that i ordered. Some sport bra that is not even my size which is also doubled.Now i guess i'm stuck with many same exact things that i can't even wear because i tried to call them ,they don't answer and they also don't answer my emails. What a disgusting first experience.
Customer Service Stinks
I ordered a pair of women's shoes on sale and was sent the men's shoes. I was then told I'd have to reorder the shoes I already ordered, but by then, they were no longer on sale. I've been nothing but polite, but customer service completely ignored my email requesting they honor the original price of the item I tried to purchase but they screwed up on. Can't recommend this company.

I have also recently been burnt by this company’s online gimmick. They took my information and money, and the product never shipped. Believing it could be virus related for the first couple of weeks, I emailed customer service to understand the delay in shipping. Customer service has not replied to my two requests so far. Amazingly, this is the first time I’ve ever had money stolen from me online. Given this entity allegedly has brick and mortar stores, I trusted it. It’s definitely frustrating to get scammed. I will be filing appropriate complaints and taking action to get my money back. My father’s words ring loudly: “If it seems too good to be true...”.

I never received my order and they never answered on my email even after 4 weeks. I asked for refund but didn’t happen. Don’t buy from those people.
Never received purchase and unable to get any customer service response
Purchased discounted shoes on their website April 24. The only update I ever received after that was “label created” for shipment April 25, but the item never shipped. Tried repeatedly calling their customer service number which has a message saying email their customer service email. Sent an email to that address and received an automated response saying it was received. I’ve emailed back several times asking for an update and never received a response. I then tried messaging them on FB and same thing happened. There is literally no way to contact them. I don’t expect to receive the merchandise since there has never been any shipment, so I disputed the charge on my credit card. I would not purchase from them again. It seems they have (and continue) to offer so many discounts during the pandemic that they have been unable to keep up with customer service.

They look like they have great deals, but you won't get your product! I placed an order on April 1st (what a good April Fools Day joke to me). On April 6th, I received 2 out of the 3 shirts I ordered so I sent a very detailed e-mail which I got a response that said the third shirt was still in "process." Giving it some time, knowing times are weird right now with COVID, I sent another, not so nice e-mail on April 20th, which I got the reply, "Your shirt is no longer in stock, so we will refund you." Which I did not even receive the full refund for, for the shirt!
If I wouldn't have sent a second e-mail being very direct, I am 100% sure I would not have received a refund at all, & my order would have been "lost." I will NEVER order from this hoax of a company again.
Perfect Service
I ordered a pair of Hoka ONE ONE size 10 model Elevon. Price listed was $159 but to my surprised at check out cost was reduced to $88. So I clicked buy. I then decided to read some reviews about Jackrabbit cause the very low price concerned me if this was a legitimate dealer. I read a bunch of bad reviews on service and returns and money taken but but product not shipped quickly. So I was concerned. However, I found Jackrabbit service to be exceptional! I initially entered the wrong ship to address on my order and needed to change it. I wrote to Jackrabbit customer service, explained the issue and they fixed the ship to address immediately. Package was shipped in 1 day, and arrived UPS in 4. I have exactly what I ordered, a perfect new pair of size 10 HOKA ONE ONE! So my experience with Jack Rabbit is perfect. I fully recommend.
Fool me once, shame on me - A JackRabbit Customer Story
Despite my best judgment, I decided to make a second purchase with JackRabbit. I received the pair of shoes no problem. Unfortunately, one of the pairs had visible defects. I have been trying to contact customer service to know what the next steps would be for a return or exchange; but cannot get a response through email, social media, etc.
I should have learned from my first experience and avoided JackRabbit. I hope for a quick and painless resolution. If I don't receive a response within the next couple of days, I will have to resort to doing a credit card chargeback for a defective product.
Unethical marketing tactics
I would absolutely avoid JackRabbit! As others have stated, it appears to be a reoccurring incident that they collect all your account info including credit card info for great deals on shoes that don’t appear to exist. And you wait 3-5 days to be reimbursed for a purchase I believe they never intended to fulfill. Even their attitude when they claim they had “technical issues” (which is never explained) gives you the impression it just seems to be standard operating practice. It is shocking that they are able to get away with this practice!?

Order refunded. I emailed them but never heard back from the customer service. Personally, I can't trust any online retailer who can't even reply to customer service inquiry.
False Advertisement and Unethical Practices
Bought a hypervolt with free case from here...long story short, never received a free case and customer support told me I wouldn't be receiving one because they ran out! I even inquired about returning the item because I wouldn't be getting the $50 case due to their false advertisement. They said sure but I had to pay to ship the item back??? Total BS
Bait and switch operation
Purchased a Hyperice Hypervolt w/ free Case here and never received the Case.. was told by a customer service rep that the free case was only while 'supplies lasted' and that they wouldn't be sending it anymore. Listing clearly states "Hyperice Hypervolt with FREE CASE." Bait and switch operation with garbage customer support - would not recommend.

This is completely unheard of in this day and age of online retail transactions. Not to mention to extremely long page loads. Its 2019 and this site behaves like its in dial-up mode.
They fixed it.
Shoes arrived four days after order, however the box was correct but the shoes inside were wrong. The shoes inside had also been worn, mud on the soles. Immediately I called customer service and reached Miguel who made it right. I got a return shipping label and received the correct shoes two days later.
